Does anyone have any pictures of erim before she got her brows tattooed and her fake teeth? Just curious on what she looked like

i found these. her lips used to look so much smaller. now i don't doubt it if she has gotten filler and is just trying to say she was born with the clownish lips she has because she is better than everyone and is naturally hairless, curvy, modest, light skin, with a eurocentric nose. you can really tell from a lot of these pics how much she truly white washes her own pics and how the foundation shades she uses are so not her shade

You guys were right about her depop. She sells gifted items full price or items that she promoted and claimed she ‘loved’ (nudestix and hair curlers). It’s unfair that she gets gifted items for free and profits from it. She should be removed off brands PR list.
Shes also a Pandora ambassador but sells a lot of her Pandora jewellery on there.

I know Erim likes to portray she’s modest in real life, but she can’t delete pics from her history that prove otherwise. As another poster said, there’s nothing wrong with wearing a bikini or posting on social media wearing one, but it’s the fact she claims she’s modest which is an obvious lie. Maybe Erim has a warped definition of modesty.

I checked out her depop today and omg that is1000% her, she’s even posting dresses she’s worn and still has up on her insta indont get it why doesn’t she just say she’s erim,would she stop recieving PR??

All the stuff on the Depop is hers but the person who has tried it on isn’t ... she actually went out of her way to ask someone else to model everything probably someone else who works for her omg also aren’t you allowed to sell PR stuff? A lot of influencers have an Instagram account they sell stuff off in but Atleast you know they aren’t hiding it, she can legit just do a giveaway too lmao

I get money is important but it seems like it means a lot to her, wonder why when she’s already so privileged

From what I know it depends what contracts she signed but you don’t often see big influencers selling all their free stuff at discounted rates especially from a big company like Pandora. I’m pretty sure Pandora would not be pleased so glad this is being flagged.
Erim needs to make her mind up who she is as a person & stick with it. I think most of us can agree we’re sick of the fakery. Time to shift to other influencers who actually offer substance.

Agreed, I am sure they can find better people to work with who actually want the jewellery.
Flagging reviews because they don’t tell you how fab your company is, is just unethical and immoral. No business acumen.

As I'm quite close to Erim myself, I've seen a lot of stuff go down with her employees and the way she treats them. She's completely oblivious to her being wrong and will always blame everything on the people around her. Harneet & Kavita were both really lovely girls and I saw the impact she had on their lives and how much sh** she would say about them behind their backs. Honestly, don't trust the things you see online with Erim - her life is a scam and I feel bad for anyone who is a part of her life because she is mentally and physically draining.

She doesn't like confrontation and the minute she thinks someone is turning on her, she will make sure you don't ever get close to her again. The next thing you know, she's telling lies and twisting stories about you to her 'friends'.

I'm glad to see the truth finally coming out, the way she treats people around her is disgusting and needs to be seen by others so just keep doing what you're doing. Wish you luck!

thats definitely erim, this is a screenshot of kavita's responsibilities listed on her linkedin. she was responsible for posting on the depop account. erim will literally do anything for money it's quite pathetic. i'm sure kavita and harneet got fed up as they both were with her for such a short time. both of them didn't even stay with erim for a year.

I can definitely say, they did a lot for Erim. While Harneet & Kavita were with her, they both built ByErim up to what it is now and since leaving, ByErim hasn't grown since. They did a lot more that what is on their LinkedIn profiles.

That comment wasn't even negative, it was positive feedback. If erim cannot differentiate againist the two, she probably thinks everything is negative. I can't stand peoole who only wants appraisal about them.

Does she face tune her face and use filter? She has no skin texture or pimples or under eye small bags or lines.

How old is she? Please quote me if i am wrong. In Sikhism culture, isn't marriage a big thing? Also being modesty is big in Sikh culture right?

She say she won't post picture of a bikini. These picture she post is so revealing for me personally. Not my type of clothing. I wouldn't consider them modesty wear. If she not wearing them. She has no fasion sense or even any style.

She always lightens her skin in pictures, uses foundation too light for her face and hates looking dark. The whiter she is the prouder she is.

Yes, it was actually only after getting some outside advice that I discovered how bad the impact was. Everyone has a good & bad side but you can’t simply go around acting like you’re superior to everyone around you. To hear the stuff about the employees is 0% shocking to me, put it that way.
