Their size chart doesn’t even go up to a 46. So inclusive . Looks like it would be a 16, which would be an 86cm waist . She’s not got a large bust, but she’s broad across the top. The sleeves are puffy with elastic, so who knows. Would be a very tight squeeze.

I just had a look at the Aje website and their sizing goes to XXL-18. Does that mean that in normal sizing she doesn't fit into a size 18 but in ZM she wears size 14??

It only goes to 18 in the Athletica range. Their normal range only goes to 16
