Apparently Dave is 'very busy' renovating the old house at the minute so that indicates probably not council or housing association as guessing they would want the keys back as soon as they moved out. It really is very strange as clearly funds from the first haven't gone towards moving into the new one if its not sold Which goes back to the question where on earth is all this money coming from!!

Yes she still has the business but they are getting a lot of new stock in and are thinking of changing the name.
