I reckon they've fallen out as Jasmine has finally realised Emma lives for validation and to stay skinny. Imagine going out for dinner with Emma 'I don't eat carbs or fat, I don't drink' - I bet she's quite judgey. I think they have fallen as they don't comment on each others posts anymore however they both still follow one and other.

Yeah she's probably slipped into an eating disorder and now wants to be teeny tiny. Although lets not forget this is her business, she might use herself as a case study to attract those who have lost the love for weight training or feel too intimidated to lift weights by saying 'oh I didn't lift weights for ages, but now I feel confident again and so can you if you buy my coaching package'.

I agree. If she genuinely is living a more relaxed lifestyle and this is the result, then she looks absolutely amazing! But as someone who myself gets quite obsessive about things, she may well have developed an unhealthy relationship with only eating anti inflammatory foods which are far less calorie dense. So she may well be in quite a deficit and hence the weight loss
