I hate the way she says ‘girls’ ‘females’

Girls is terrible but females
I won’t ever understand. I usually call myself a woman

‘girls’ is part of her selling schtick but I feel like it’s cringe

Also a McDonalds chicken sandwich meal for example is no more than 800 cals (last time I checked), so not the most worst meal in the world. She defo has an eating disorder and looks down on people who eat junk food

I used to have therapy and once I said can we sit in the garden and she said no! We had to be I. A room with a clock and th door shut for privacy
Yes that hike was private I suppose it hardly looks busy but we had 50 mins a week then I got chucked out (even if I was crying, it’s called boundaries)

This is not professional

Honestly sometimes thinking about this exact thing keeps me up at night
It really is terrifying. Most of the girls who pay Emma for her coaching look perfect the way they are yet their “before” shots are almost shamed when the after , muscley shots are shared. There’s nothing wrong with wanting to get fitter and healthier but it’s all about body image and very little about actual fitness and health improvements which is the scary part!

Lol and then when people call her out on her outfit choices she goes savage on them 🤣 I wish influencers would stop trying to promote themselves as not caring about calories and having a healthy relationship with food. She clearly is still obsessed with tracking her food intake and having a high step count every day. Just take a day off girl 🥱

I can see right through this “inflammation” stuff as just a relapse in her eating disorder. I don’t envy her, regardless of whether she has or hasnt relapsed, it must be very difficult having recovered from an ED and your job is about transformations and health and fitness. I don’t think it can truly go away when you’re surrounded by it.

Surely if you’re actually crying over not being able to go the gym that’s a sign you need help

I thought the same. And I swear they got engaged on their one year anniversary and then broke up shortly after that (so nowhere near 2 years) which leads me to believe she's lying with all this 'I'm working on myself' bollocks and they've been off/on the entire time.
Thats so true. Everything is just content for her. I really think she should put some clothes on and stop filming every second of her life. Imagine what she’d do if insta stopped! Also seems like her and Jasmine aren’t as close anymore

I don’t think they fell out but I expect when Jasmine moved to London they drifted apart. Emma seems to need someone living in her pocket which Jasmine did for a while - those kind of intense friendships are usually difficult to maintain.
Jasmine also stopped working for Emma. I can imagine it was very intense having an eating disorder forced upon your personal and working life
