we ag her off but in her eyes you can tell she’s not all there. Something happened to her whether we agree on its intensity or not. Someone who coaches women she needs to fix herself or close down the company. You can’t trust someone who has an ED n who is mentally unwell to successfully and healthily coach thousand of women
The make up definitely ages her, I was actually quite surprised seeing her without a filter. To me it just feels like she is jumping on yet another hype. Since when has she ever been interested in spirituality, yoga, reiki and transforming her image from someone that lived in the gym pushing to lift as heavy as possible to doing home workouts with 1lb bala bangles? I’m sure she will return feeling like that is the best thing that she could have ever done for herself, but then there will be the next instalment of more posts about burnout and endless crying clips. Emma is definitely that person who’s version of hitting rock bottom is being dumped by someone she dated for a few months, and makes a massive deal about getting her spark back and feeling more like herself. One of those videos with clips of her setting up her camera to record her crying etc.

she always looks so dirty... like the worst most patchy tan ever!!! Look at her neck! And her face does not match at all. And I don't know if it's patchy tan or editing but her tummy always looks soo weird and blurred or something idk? I always thought she blurred it on an app cause she had scars or stretch marks
