I think it’s probably not the fact alone that she’s getting her nails done. It’s the combination of lots of all the things she’s been doing, almost daily.
I got covid from going to a spin class.... the class had screens up between each bike, everyone is temperature checked on entry, it was all within the guidelines. I think there’s nothing wrong with doing things like this that are within the guidelines once or twice a week. We do have to live, the economy can’t fall to pieces, we can’t be locked inside forever. You just have to use all the precautions, and recognise there is always risk.
However, she was definitely pushing the limits of how many things you should do in any given week which meant she had excessive contact with others. For me it was so easy to know what gave me the exposure because it was the only exposure I had in 10 days. She likely didn’t have a clue which of the many places or people she’d been in contact with that gave her the exposure.
