i think that they're more friends or sorta friends at this point. They've grown up, and apart from each other since their school days. There isn't much affection or chemistry there. They don't even seem to be best mates, just friends who sometimes get in each others nerves.

I’ve just got my Level 3 in personal training - So many PTs claim to be nutritionists when they have done a short course on it, it’s actually advised not to do that and to tell clients they can only advise roughly but not decipher what they eat in terms of macros, that is not their job.

Both actual nutritionists and dietitians have degree and masters level qualification

unfortunately with social media and Instagram, all of these terms are used so loosely and everyone and anyone seems to be an expert. Don’t forget to reference the REAL world when scrolling through your feed

I’m interested in what route her channel takes this year. She seems to abandoned her renovation vlogs and instagram. I don’t think the fitness content is going down as well as she had hoped. I initially followed her cos I liked her decor style still do to be fair), but we don’t see much of it anymore.
