Wow. I didn’t even know where to start with any of these videos. I really want to laugh about them all but actually it feels very wrong when Tony is quite clearly special needs. I’ve voiced my concerns over this before and I don’t mean to be offensive at all when I say that, it’s glaringly obvious and whilst I’d love to laugh at the ridiculousness of these many, MANY long winded videos, I actually just feel really sorry for him being exploited by Emma this way.

Every time this is brought up someone comes along who knows them and says Tony does not have any additional needs or impairments but I really don’t know how anyone could watch even 1 of those vlogs and not see it. On one of them he’s crying because he got given a bottle of fizz on the flight for his birthday, yeah it’s a nice gesture but to me that doesn’t seem like the typical reaction of a ‘lad’ in his late 20s early 30s. Having said that most men I know in that age bracket still behave like children

Every time this is brought up someone comes along who knows them and says Tony does not have any additional needs or impairments but I really don’t know how anyone could watch even 1 of those vlogs and not see it. Yes!! It baffles me that anyone would watch a single video and think otherwise? At the same time, plenty of people with special needs make a living on line sharing videos or blogs and that’s absolutely fine, I think it’s more the fact they they either deny it or remain completely oblivious to it? It just feels quite exploitive when Emma has the camera in his face non stop or is moaning about him on her stories for not doing this or that.

I can’t work out whether I think Emma also has special needs on some level or is just the most self absorbed, self entitled, rude and obnoxious person on the planet. Either way, it all just makes me feel so uncomfortable!!

I just watched the travel day vlog and while a lovely gesture of the airline to give Tony a bottle of fizz, his reaction was OTT when they don’t drink wine/fizz do they? What did they even do with it?

Also they said they would fly upper class next time, they haven’t done this have they? If she didn’t waste money like she does they could do it every trip! Although I think she’d be disappointed as I don’t recall the seats being much wider.

I also read the comments (far too much time on my hands) and she said she couldn’t use the tray table, so she either used Tony’s or moved to some spare seats so she could sit in one seat and use the table if the empty seat next to her! Goodness knows what size she was then but at least she’s lost some weight now, flying must’ve been so uncomfortable!

Emma I had known for several years at that point, and Emma to me is just spoilt. That’s fine, everyone has less than desirable traits. I’m really stand-offish and expect people to do as I say (joys of senior management in nursing) and Emma is just spoilt.

Maybe Tony has a learning difficulty, or maybe he’s on the spectrum. I don’t know, but from my knowledge of him, he’s just a stupid numpty.

that’s interesting you have met him, I missed that someone had met them in real life. But with all due respect, I still think he does. I’m sure we all know someone on the spectrum who has very similar tendencies to Tony or have watched a documentary about autism even and can recognise those very obvious traits. Perhaps he isn’t even aware of it himself but 100%, I’d bet money on it.

I want to point out that you will never see negative comments on Emma’s YouTube and often comments aren’t open until a few hours later. At one point Millie (their old employee) was employed for social media and to delete the comments. Now I imagine the Drew’s do it (or Tony) do it.

Watched a thrilling vlog called "Our week in Marrakech." Firstly I thought oh wow this sounds really unlike them and should make more some interesting viewing. It was not. A room tour where Tony moaned that they had 2 single beds pushed together and how that wasn't good for a married couple, then 8 minutes of filming out of a coach window and a random photo of a cat.

I watched that one as well! Lost the will to live half way through, but stuck with it because I believed it'd get better. Spoiler alert: It did not.

Also, how snobby/condescending did she sound when she was in the bathroom and saw the toiletries - "Are these sachets? Oh my word. Sachets."

I don’t think I’ve ever been on any holiday, Europe, Asia, USA, UK, cruises where it’s not either two doubles or two singles pushed together They just do it so they can convert the room to a twin if needed. It’s never been an issue and I quite like the space from my boyfriend .

I watched the how did we meet vlog last night and they’re so weird. I also met my boyfriend at 16 (now 28) and we never behaved like them then or now .

Ps Emma, always pack Imodium when you’re going away, it’s inevitable you’ll get ill a few times with the different ways of cooking/ higher fats/ etc.

I went to New York with my husband a few years back and had one of the worst flare ups ever of my endometriosis and was literally bed bound screaming in pain and throwing up blood for 24 hours. (Looking back I probably should have gone to hospital!) I didn’t make my husband sit and watch me for the whole time, I sent him out of the hotel room to make the most of our trip. He had a brilliant time wandering round, trying different bars and looking for beers he’d wanted to find. He had his phone for if I needed him (but I didn’t) and I coped on my own.

Emma clearly isn’t adult enough to cope with even just a dose of the shits without Tony holding her hand!
