Yes it’s with her sister I was told that she was partying with a lot but I’m not sure of the name. Credible source so I believe it. This was around 2017 I was told and the fourth child came in 2018? 19? So maybe she calmed down a bit now. I can’t say who the girls are but they are Europeans.

I haven’t been at the parties so I don’t know what drink or drugs she takes? Also not sure about any infidelities on her part, never mentioned and I’m thinking it’s not likely. The person who told me is close to the family and has seen her interactions with the kids, when the twins were young she had no interest in them. Like you said the kids were with Nasser a lot or otherwise taken care of by the Nanny, which isn’t unusual anyway but it was her indifference to them that stood out. I was shocked when I was told too because I remember when they got married and I really thought it was a true romance…maybe it was but things changed?

plenty of people who are in love cheat you know. It makes no difference to me if you believe it or not. It’s possible that being so young when she had the first 3 children she had postpartum depression after the twins, it’s common. I don’t know if she’s still doing the partying but she wasn’t doing it in secret, from what I understood Nasser knew about it.
