I feel for them I really do. But there is some kind of twisted irony in wanting these details kept private when the reason anyone is in any way interested is because you’ve sold your privacy and your families privacy for years now and there are people out there who don’t understand boundaries, and who feel entitled to this information. When the lines of public and private become blurred, boundaries are removed and people will act in strange ways. That’s the nature of the beast when you sell your privacy for a living. Again, I’m not excusing people being entitled or intrusive, it’s wrong and sick - but it’s the wrong and sick consequence for living your life online. Very Black Mirror, imo.

I’m not sure she has much of a case with this one (by all means correct me if I’m wrong) but the 100 people can’t be sued for requesting public information. It being a morally wrong act doesn’t make it a crime.
The person who’s recording her through her window though? That’s insane
I don’t want to sound horrible, but she courted the public for years, making her money off the public, splashing her kids all over SM, not giving a damn if the little boy wanted to be seen by millions of strangers on online or not…

I think the little boy deserves peace and privacy...doesn't matter how his mum made her money and I'm not saying I agree with influencers showing their kids! Of course i don't. But come on, his last moments should be private and sacred, regardless if people don't agree with his mums actions in life. He's not some spectacle that people should be rubber necking, and saying they have the right to because she put her kid on the internet.

I think in this case the ‘suing’ is not for money (as we typically see happening) but for the records to be locked down. I suspect the 100 people are, in the main, media and journalists. That feels marginally less unpalatable somehow than 100 randoms sat at home salaciously viewing footage.
i hope she succeeds. Regardless of what I think about SM influencers exploiting their children, that’s on them. This little boy is a human in his own right, he did nothing wrong, and he deserves his dignity and privacy after death that he didn’t get whilst alive.

Neither do I. As I said above I understand the moral objection, but legally they haven’t done anything wrong to my knowledge?
I mean there are murders and other tragedies that are on public record so wouldn’t this just be special treatment?

Theres quite a few clips of them not being careful with the net and not taking it all the way off or first thing in the morning the pool net not being put on overnight.
I think pool nets should be banned, unless you're really careful every single time (which I refuse to believe everyone is) then it's not a good safety measure. Thats why gates with auto closing doors are the rules for many districts.

We already know it was avoidable. I’ve seen theories on TikTok that it could be to do with how long he was in the water. Poor thing

Nobody is excusing is. Just pointing out these influencers monetise every single aspect of their children’s lives- nothing is sacred. You can literally piece together their date of birth where they live even what nursery the kids go to sometimes. This is what attracts people who think they are public property. There should be laws that protect the privacy of under 18s so weirdos cannot even begin to try and access this information
