Apologies if this has already been addressed here but has she mentioned the pool at all or why they are choosing to stay in the house her son drowned in? I cannot bring myself to watch any of her content as I had already found her insufferable before the tragedy happened and always found there to be something ‘off’ about her from the snippets I had seen before.

What im seeing so far in content of hers that’s popping up since she’s hopped back online is they are still in the same home and it doesn’t look like they are moving any time soon. Maybe its just me but i couldn’t bring myself to continue living life as normal in that house and with the pool in view each day… wild
And not just the pool, it was the kitchen floor where the medics were performing cpr on Trigg, I know Emilie wasn’t there but that image must surely haunt Brady every time he goes in there.

Does make you wonder if he actually still lives there or not.
Maybe she doesn’t even live there. Maybe it’s like a film set and she actually lives somewhere else.
These people must be robots.

I've said it before but I genuinely think she's a bit simple. This hasn't touched any depth because I don't think she has any - she's just incredibly shallow and superficial. I've gone past thinking she's just not allowing herself to process it - I don't think she's able to. All she cares about is her appearance and the appearance of her home.

Given what happened to someone like Myka Stauffer (the one with the adopted child she then "rehomed" for want of a better word) I can't believe that Emilie doesn't appear to have lost followers or been cancelled.

She is presenting her grief as a “glow-up”. The new hair, the fresh botox, the outfit pictures, the constant smiling. All of her followers are telling her how amazing she looks and it’s so unsettling

Someone in another thread explained it as her not having a very strong connection to Trigg because of the hours she spent filming and it made total sense.

She said on a podcast how time consuming the TikTok was, many hours a day

so Trigg was in daycare 8 hours (unsure if it was 5 or 3 days a week) . And then think about her intricate self care routines; nails, hair, 15 step skincare all in silence, Trigg must have been by himself or maybe in the garden alone for her to have all that me time.

So the amount of time she spent on herself vs putting up a pool gate, or fixing the alarms and locks that didn’t work.

I think her connection to Trigg was more as a product of herself rather than as his own human with needs.

I believe in the police report Brady said they often let Trigg play outside unattended and that he knew not to go near the pool. I can't find the report online anymore to check.

This very sadly makes sense. In the car in the backseat or around the house he'd be trying to get attention and she'd just be chatting to camera. She also went on some far flung brand trips I don't think she was actually very present.

Yes. All the performative “who’s handsome? Triggy!” stuff was exactly that, a performance. It gave the impression of her having this great, fun relationship with him but when you think about what it actually involved:
- get herself ready whilst he entertains himself
- set up camera whilst he entertains himself
- call him in to film
- film it (possibly multiple times)
- send him away again to entertain himself

and that’s just for a 2 second section of her video.

It‘s easy to forget that it wasn’t just her filming her natural life via cctv and then editing it down, it was deliberate staged and scripted stuff.
That poor kid really was just a prop.

That’s true.
From the cctv they were also able to ascertain that he tripped over toys and fell in. That’s probably another reason the two of them are convinced it was an accident.
Also falling in is very different from getting into trouble swimming. My child’s instructor taught them to jump in and turn instantly because in reality if they fall in they will most likely be upside down and facing the wrong way to get out. It’s a lot more disorientating so it was like a safety technique.
During summer months when we have our tiny inflatable pool up my husband always ledges a plank of wood in incase a squirrel falls in. Wildlife didn’t enter their heads either.
Maybe they are simple.

Trigg tripped over toys & fell in? I didn’t know that. 🥺 I assumed he had got in the water to swim but at the deep end instead of shallow end & that’s when he got in to difficulty. 💔

He tripped over his bike I think and that poor baby was fighting for 8 minutes 🤯🤯🤯 mind blowing- I could never look at that man let alone have him near me and couldn’t live with myself! Getting a hair cut, making scrap books I would be paralysed with guilt/ disgust for the rest of my life 🤢 I feel guilty when my toddler trips when walking fully supervised- insane!!!!!!!

I think that’s why they got complacent with him being near the pool. I bet he was a “ good boy “ for want of a better word who wasn’t the sort to just jump in. Maybe acted more grown up for his years. Played by the rules. They let him out there to play regularly. With the danger of the pool every single day. And were ok with that. Absolute madness. It wasn’t if but when it was going to happen. I can’t believe they haven’t been done for criminal charges. Yet again proving money talks ( McCanns ).

He didn't trip over toys, he was playing with an inflatable pool chair right by the pool and slipped off it and fell into the water.

I do wonder if they were of a different ethnic background/socio economic, would charges have been pressed without a second thought???

I think so.
I also think if it happened at daycare they’d have been suing the life out of them and calling it preventable!

if they were poor/lived in a trailer park and her son drowned whilst unattended they would've been arrested I'm sure!

Another woman whose waster of a husband killed their child and stood buy him: luckily for their other kids it appears that the thought of jail upset him more than killing his own child..... https://www.archive.is/https://www....hot-car-arizona.html?ito=social-facebookvideo

I will never understand it. In fact I think I'd be in jail myself for what I did to him with my bare hands.
He makes me sick, apparently he and Erika abused his eldest daughter from a previous relationship too and stole her benefits as well as him repeatedly neglecting and causing severe danger to their own kids and Erika enabling him. I just knew he’d do this and evade justice- he should’ve been in jail the moment he was charged and the fact he was still free even after he pled guilty is absolutely ridiculous!!
