The image of her watching platonic and on the screen it says “I don’t want to make that same mistake again” 🥺

I dont know what people expect of her. The woman is grieving and she will grieve until the day she dies. But she's trying to put one foot forward and be a mother to the child she has, she's trying to find pockets of happiness and normality in order to get up in a morning and parent the child she has.what is so bad about that?...I see a strong and brave woman who is trying her hardest to be the best mother she can be to Teddy. All whilst struggling to adjust to her new life withoutTrigg- she's admitted her mistakes with the pool fence, she knows she could have done more. We can sit here and judge their decisions all we want but they have paid the ultimate price, and their guilt will be carried all their days and sleepless nights.....they dont need strangers telling them how to grieve or how bad a parent they were for not protecting Trigg. They know what went wrong, but that doesn't mean they didn't love that little boy with every ounce of love that they had.
I really don't understand this mentality of she shouldn't be back online- it's her job, it was her normality, it was her place to share things and to make money. And she's already said she wants to use her channel to help others now. Let her speak of her journey and help others, let her have her job back...because she's lost so much already. Grief isn't the same for everyone, and if being online helps a mother to get up every day and piece her life back together then I'm not one to judge. All she has is my sympathy and best wishes, no mother should ever lose a child.

She's being ripped to shreds on Reddit. I'm not sure what people want her to do. They're saying she's acting like nothing happened, but she's hardly going to be filming herself crying and if she did then they'd say she's attention seeking. You can tell she's not the same person she was before. She has no choice but to carry on, she has a baby who needs her and she has to provide for him.

I just can't believe she's still with Brady. Part of me hopes she just stays with him until she has another baby and then bins him off. I don't know how she even looks at him.

Whyyyy would she want another baby with him 🥶 I wouldn’t even stand him touching me after what happened…yuck. Also, if she ever divorces him she will probably be in a co-parenting relationship with him and will have to accept him taking care of the kids alone

Cos she won't want Teddy being an only child and Brady is her best hope of having another unfortunately. Before Trigg died I remember seeing a comment from her saying she wanted to maybe have a third child and then stop.

I agree with the comments saying she shouldn’t be judged for her return. She may want to connect with other parents who have unfortunately lost their child, she may be seeking just a bit of comfort in that community to not feel so alone in her grief. Who knows but if it helps her in any way to return then I hope she finds what she needs by doing so

Surely that wouldn't happen

Personally, what I find so strange is the fact that she has a desire to return.

Her family and her job as a family vlogger on TikTok are so intertwined they’re difficult to separate as different entities. For example, if Emilie worked as a teacher and Trigg died in her school, it would be unimaginable for her to want to carry on working in that school and you wouldn’t be surprised to see her change career. I see her TikTok job the same way.

I’m not trying to say TikTok is responsible for his death, not at all. And this is difficult to articulate… But it certainly turned his death into a complete spectacle. News coverage, online sleuths, fans outside the home, and who knows what else that we didn’t see online. If anything should have shown her the dangers of the parasocial relationships she’s created, it was Triggs death. This should have shown her that you can’t have it both ways, asking for privacy whilst violating your families at the same time. To open yourself and your family up to that again to me is unimaginable.

As I’ve said, I don’t understand it, but I don’t have to. I’m not the person who’s going through it and I’m not saying she’s wrong to do so. But that’s my perspective on why I see it as different to someone going back to a “normal” job. Because for normal people work and life is separate, but for her it never has been.

Ive been through traumatic grief at 21(my sister murdered) and 2 weeks later I was at a nightclub and a month later back at college... trauma messes your brain up so much and the way to process and cope can seem crazy to people. In hindsight I dunno how I even got up out of bed those first few days but somehow I did. My heart breaks for her 💔 but none of us can judge how a grieving person copes.

For all we know she picks up her phone films a tiny bit of her day and then rots in bed for the rest of the day. No matter what she does shes going to get judged! Poor woman has had the most horrific thing happen to her. There are no rights and wrongs to grieving.

Botox. It's light refraction from overly smooth skin and a real giveaway that someone has had it done.

I think it is difficult to articulate but for me you’ve articulated it. It isn’t a normal job. Leaving aside people who will judge and comment, a lot of people who didn’t even know her are now watching her. And there is something quite creepy about that. It’s one thing watching an influencer do influencer stuff, it’s quite another watching her after what has happened. It’s like people who stare at car crashes.

If I were her friend I’d advise her to downsize her life, get another type of job and disappear from the online world. She can raise her baby in peace, and when he goes to school people are more likely to have moved on if they are not still online.

This. Sadly it seems she doesn’t know of any other way to live than online. I hope she finds peace but she will never find it on tiktok.

This is so eerie to me. I’m starting to think her filming herself is an addiction
