Thing is she isn't that skinny, as in petite. She is quite thick but muscular. I don't think it comes naturally to her which is why she's obsessive.

I’m sorry but again, this is weird. She is what 25 and her brother older? I would not lend my house to a sibling and some unknown friends for a night out, it’s my home and I would want it looked after. As an adult he should be able to source his own accommodation and pay for his own alcohol. I’m literally embarrassed that he has to be looked after by his sister to this level. Is he incapable or just lazy? No wonder he is single as any female would run a mile at this set up. Why does she need brownie points from him too?! Weird.

Glad to hear he’s so well recovered from his illness to enjoy a night out as well. I’m sure people with chronic illnesses (which is what em alluded to him having) would love to have the energy for a piss up.

Anyone think her posts about her gym visits was a bit braggy and also slightly unhealthy? She mentioned she had x amount of workouts last year and keeps a book with a tally to compare to previous years? So she doesn’t over train, despite averaging 5 visits a week?! Surely that’s verging on overtraining anyway. No one needs 5 full on gym sessions five days a week.
It just sounded completely obsessive. Like saying I’ve been to the gym 330 days out of 365 or whatever her ‘stats’ were, quite braggy and just a bit off when a lot of young woman might see that and try and copy. Nothing wrong with going to the gym and training and documenting by the way, I think you have to be careful how you share that info though!

It depends. The thing is she just does cardio no weight training. I do sometimes 5 days a week at the gym but a mixture of strength training and cardio. Doing just all cardio isn't that great like how she is doing.
I think that she could make other people feel shit though especially if they have body issues. Quite irresponsible.

I have looked at the comments tonight, I don't know Em so I can't comment personally, but I do know her boyfriend Matt. I have seen derogatory comments about him, and they say that he is like a 14 year old?? And there is something strange about his company.... Roemenswear?? It's a small business that Matt has built up himself, in his spare time. My lads, wear some of the clothes, everything is made in Britain and good quality. Matt is a lovely, down to earth man. So please don't slate someone you know nothing about.

Hi. I am curious how you found this page? Did someone point you in the direction of it? It isn't something you would just stumble across unless searching Em on Google or someone told you about it. I just looked at Roe's website and it seems to have changed since I last looked. Previously, it had no information or even clothes on it so it seemed a little off.

whilst the news is sad and no doubt tells us CF was having issues in her private life, she had also been charged with assault of her boyfriend. We have no idea if the guilt of the crime/loss of career/stress of defending her name also contributed.
Em is yet again commenting and making broad assumptions for clicks because she has no ability to think critically or sensitively about the news.

cf had severe mental health problems for years. When someone is gonna commit suicide they're set on it. I don't think you can solely blame the media or public for her death. Of course Em has to weigh in on it and she will probably make it about her.

She’s a public figure she and if there’s a complaint about them that is shared so I’m not taking it down. Also they never mention in their correspondence it should be confidential so I haven’t breached any of their rules, they’ve just contacted me as whiny Em Sheldon has contacted them to complain. As I said previously follow the rules and you won’t have to worry.

I think they both make a lovely couple, like dumb and dumber. Both seem clueless, neither seem like they particularly want to be in that relationship but they both know they have a good thing going. Totally agree. I think a lot of bigger opportunities aren’t coming her way. She will go to lots of Xmas events now as brands want to push their Xmas stock but does attending an even pay the bills? No I haven’t watched it either... it’s on channel 5 though which is a trash channel! I like how she’s replied to the seven odd people that admitted they watched it. I agree with the environmental aspect. Obviously most people take flights once or twice a year for a holiday, but to put a private plane in the sky for a tv show and put an orange blogger on it really is a waste of fuel. Notice she never talks about the environmental harm of her flying and fast fashion shilling ever.

She’s also just posted a clip to her stories where she enters a room on the jet with her brother behind her, twirls around and lies on the bed like this? So fucking weird.

Em NEVER talks about climate change, politics or fast fashion. Really bad things happen and she seems to not acknowledge them. For fast fashion, it is because she obviously shills stuff from shit websites that are fast fashion.
