I was thinking I wish brands could see how Em treats businesses and makes up lies because they didn’t give into her demands. I wonder how many hotels would be happy to put up her for free then?

It’s the utter hypocrisy of branding people trolls when they criticise her yet clearly she’s happy to dish it out and make false accusations about businesses online. It also makes her online persona seem very fake... all the smiles and posing... it’s just a front for very immature, greedy, rude individual that needs to grow up and be more professional if she wants to grow her audience any further. Even the reviews she’s left that are 5 star show her greed. Like the Maldives one where she says she was disappointed not to get a bungalow over the water. You probably have to pay a lot more for those rooms yet I bet she tried to blag it for free.

I honestly think she will delete that trip advisor account as soon as she gets wind that we’ve seen it.

Some of her comments in these reviews show her true opinions. Imagine going to a luxury Caribbean resort and resenting tipping private butlers when those people rely on tips and are literally waiting on you hand and foot. You could always book a room without that service if you hate tipping. Ugh, she’s actually vile.

She really does like to play the victim doesn’t she? She puts herself out there and grabs all the freebies going from free food and dinners to house cleaning and everything else but doesn’t want to deal with the negatives that come with it. If you share your life online people will have an opinion, if you don’t like that stop sharing your life online.

She hasn’t been abused on here, what has happened is her cheap ugly clothing that she has been gifted and that she tries to make money out off from people buying has been called out. She is called out for advertising any and everything. She is called out for reading on here for content ideas and she is called out for doing her job badly and being lazy.

With regards to the ASA, it was quite simple. You broke the rules and you accepted that so stop whining about it. If you cannot follow simple rules it’s not the person reporting you who is at fault it’s you Tesco value Em. How much of a victim mentality do you have to have to try and blame someone else for YOU not following the rules. Also it’s a bit bloody rich for her to complain about IRL implications she has contacted people’s employers for a lot less! There have been comments on Twitter where she has tried to get people into trouble by contacting their employers to complain about them for leaving a comment she doesn’t like. I think that’s pretty nasty and petty. Trying to get someone fired shows what a nasty person you are. No one has contacted her brands to tell them about her ASA infringement but now I’m tempted....

Also it’s quite pathetic how they always claim that the people on here are sad, have something missing in their lives or aren’t as successful as them. I’m pretty sure most of the people on here are successful in life without needed free stuff. If all of Em’s gifted stuff stopped she wouldn’t have the lifestyle she has. All of us can sustain our lifestyles.

I looked at her stories about an hour ago. Every single one bar one was an ad. Her Instagram pictures are all ads. Her twitter feed had the Halloween affiliate linked clothing links posted 5 times in less than 24 hours.
This woman does nothing but ads. She will slip up disclosing at some point. But until then she is having to display ad pretty clearly which shows she does nothing but ads.

Her Greece vlog (with hanger on brother) was so boring. She could not have done a worse job. I went to Kefalonia this year and it is a beautiful but wild island. She was almost trying to paint it as upmarket (look at me on a very stoney beach in a bikini with it hoiked up my arse with stupid unpractical sandals) when it’s actually very rugged. Most of the beaches you need beach shoes for and are best for swimming not posing. The most beautiful scenery needs to be accessed by hiking or sailing off the coast. She just went there to take photos and eat. Which is what she does everywhere. No culture or activities.

Also the posing in a bikini to the camera ... her brother is the other side of the camera. Just very weird.

Good point. She never does ANYTHING cultural, no museums, etc. She went to NYC multiple times and has never gone to the 9/11 museum or memorial that we know of. She never goes to any theatre shows. Probably because it isn't *gifted.*

The bungalows in the Maldives cost a FORTUNE. A water villa at the hotel that she stayed at costs $1,747 /1067GBP (full board), $1,630 /996GBP (half board) and $1,446/885GBP (breakfast only) PER night.

Just a normal villa, is almost $700/430GBP per night. So a week in a water villa would be over $12,000.

The thing is, I have every sympathy for genuine online bullying. Where someone is being harassed and targeted personally. This forum is not that at all. I have never ever commented on any of Ems channels and never plan to do so. If this forum is bullying then so is ANY conversation about another person when they aren't there. Yes things can get a little nasty and I dont really like to comment on things people cant do anything about particularly related to appearance. But for the most part this is public comment on people who put out public content. No different to discussing politics, celebrities or anything else public for that matter. This doesn't just apply to Em but to all of the influencers who cry bullying and then return here time and time again to read more. If all you want to hear is adoring comments that validate you that's fine. Keep deleting the negativity. But then why seek it out deliberately?

Agree with all this. Influencers actually dilute the terms bullying and trolling when crying those terms for when they are criticised or get negative comments. I think you also have to remember a lot of influencers like Em have never held any other full time job after uni. They have (luckily) gone straight to earning from Insta full time. The problem is that it’s made them immature, narcissistic, insecure and unable to distinguish criticism from ‘hate’. Most of them would actually benefit from a couple of years working in a corporate environment to learn how to conduct themselves. I think many have low confidence as they are home based and when they do go to events it’s with other influencers and it’s probably full of cliques and bitchy. Therefore I think anyone saying anything remotely critical gets branded as a troll.

I have never commented on her channels and never will. If she reads here then I feel she is deliberately seeking this out which she is under no obligation to do. Ignore us and she’ll be non the wiser of what we think.

i also think that if you are going to break advertising rules, and post nothing but ads and low quality work (like not even cleaning make up products and brushes before photographing them for a blog post) then you cannot exactly complain when someone point this out on a forum. It’s like me compiling my monthly MI report at work with mistakes and crying “troll” when the readers spot the mistakes!

Lol. She’s posted that her brother has stayed in a hotel on his birthday. She says it was paid for by her family but she has had gifted stays there before.

Funny that she’s choosing to bother adding this info to her story. As most people don’t bother to mention where their brother/sister/aunty/cousin stayed or ate on their birthday because it’s irrelevant. But she has chosen to plug this hotel in the hope of more gifted stays. She is so transparent it’s unreal. If she’s paid for shit out of her purse (for a change) no need need to tell us online. Because that’s not what she does. She expects the normal plebs to do that, her bit is asking us to donate. People like her use their ‘influence’ it’s the common folk who have to donate as they don’t have any influence.

What I don’t understand is how she thinks she should share the hoarding of freebies. Does she not think it will show her in a bad light and with mass consumerism being such a huge issue it wouldn’t be something that a lot of people will be critical off. She has zero emotional intelligence.

I’m not sure who even follows Em. Everything she wears looks cheap and what a 15 year old would buy so she definitely hasn’t popped.

This little orange begger will never pop. She has no class or style and comes across as a Primark version of InTheFrow. Hopefully her days are numbered and she will end up disappearing of the internet as her audience grows up or gets taste.

Her YouTube views have halved since Jan, which isn’t a surprise. Her channel is a hot mess of hauls with the tags still on and click bait titled videos that have no real content. She’s just put a video about squats up today. But who would take fitness advice from her? There are like a thousand other trained PTs making those videos.
