I swear she thinks she’s already recovered ?😤😂
Agreed it’s like she’s switch from one obsession to another and now she’s obsessed with recovery, not a horrific thing but she may struggle with her identity when she realises she’s not just her ED or recovery

she should NOT be exercising/lifting weights at this time, it wasn’t long ago she was hospitalised because she kept losing weight, i understand recovery is a process but the foods she does eat are still massively high in protein which shows she’s still concerned with the content of what she’s eating and she’s still exercising and exerting herself, she really should not be documenting this, there’s a girl in the comment saying she’s not sure whether she should start lifting weights in recovery (she shouldn’t) and all this video is going to do is inspire people like her, she’s normalising these behaviours as though she’s fully recovered and healthy now but i don’t give it long before she’s hospitalised again

I notice she always goes to the gym with her Mum, I wonder if she feels the pressure to go because of that.

Tbh what ever she is going through it’s hard. Recover is hard to accept and she said she’s going all in, she’s eating enough to sustain her activities and seems so much happier for it. Yes maybe people think she shouldn’t be exercising and that during recovery, but at the end of the day whos actually going to stop her. If she really enjoys it and it makes her feel better about herself it’s going to help her recover so much quicker which is what everyone deserves at the end of the day. Eds never really leave people so she’s just learning to live with it and is being so open and raw which some people will find intimidating. We’ve gotta move past this guys. We should be worried again when she starts to lose weight again or goes off the grid. Not when she’s taking time out of her day to post her meals and her emotions towards those meals. Hats off to her I’d say.

It isn’t good for her recovery or other people to see before and afters. Especially so early on in her recovery

I find her posts really triggering, I feel like when she was struggling she was still posting similar content about ‘fuelling your body’ etc, the constant gym/run and I understand she has a following but the constant need to post is just a bit much in my opinion …

Seems like each different little stage of her life becomes a whole new personality trait for her. I used to know a girl like that in school. Struggled with her identity so latched onto anything and obsessed over it…

Also can’t help but feel like she’s showing off this heart monitor thing. Pretty sure this is the 6th post I’ve seen from her about it just today.

in this video she said she was in the hospital 3 months ago for problems with her heart because of her eating disorder but when she says eating disorder she does the quotation marks with her fingers and pulls a face and it just comes across like she’s reluctant to accept that she has one? i promise i’m not trying to nitpick her but what she has is absolutely an eating disorder there’s no question about it, it’s not an “eating disorder”

Literally, this is her trying to “cover it up” by choosing an outfit that everyone can see it in lol

in her video before she went out she was complaining that people were going to be able to see it and look at her and ask her about it but she literally wore a low neck outfit that specifically shows it off? i’m not saying she should have to hide it if that’s what she chooses, but she’s definitely trying to show it off on purpose, if she wanted to cover it up or for no one to see it (like she says she does) then she easily could’ve
