I’ve had both shots and over the last few days I’ve noticed I’ve been getting some horrible aches in my low back - I fleetingly wondered if it was vaccine connected - then I punched my own face in and remembered that I’ve just spent the last week chasing a new puppy, and I’ve upped my kettle bell weights in the gym! It’s fuck all to do with pharma!!!Yeh, me too. I’ve lurked and contributed on some of the earlier threads but since having my first vaccine I’ve got seriously bad anxiety due to people sharing this cunts rubbish on Instagram, unfortunately some of these people are good friends of mine. My mum and dad were offered a vaccine for me for mumps, they declined because they weighed up the risks based on the likely side effects. I got mumps and now am dead in one ear. I’m not pro or anti vax. I’m just telling this story as it’s more complex. If some people don’t have vaccinations they might die too. There are two sides to everything. I think what frustrates about the people on social media is they don’t listen to two sides and only listen to one side. Which is dangerous for those who don’t have the ability to critically think. I absolutely agree with eating plenty of natural goods, a healthy amount of sun, being active but equally I eat treats, use sunscreen most days and believe in vaccines. I think I am overall healthy and have not visited the doctor for years thanks to decent health. WAY healthier then our Elsybels25. Mentally and physically because I have a balanced life.
Research comes in many forms - it is so dangerous to class social media alone as research. I was trying to have discussions with people early in the pandemic, I was questioning them and offering alternative sources. They told me to research more then blocked, end of. No discussion. So disappointing. I was trying to highlight other sources for them. Not just unregulated websites, that granted look quite professional, but are actually full of opinions not facts, and links to 'articles' that are published by paying and not peer reviewed.
I guess I am lucky with some friends who are doctors, and family which are in specialist fields. Including vaccines. I don't understand the intricacies, and how can anyone really if they've not studied it. Vaccines are so much more than what happens to one individual, for them and herd immunity to work, it needs mass rollout. And the whole 'Big Pharma are Bad' is frustrating. So much more goes on than making money (in which there is big money but developing drugs is not cheap), and like doctors and particularly nurses, those in the pharmaceutical world do work really hard and are invested in the health of people. Its quite depressing to see people actively go against all their hard work. They are themselves interested in making money. Andrew Wakefield is to me similar to the scientology world, but preying on people by targeting their emotions about their personal health. Vaccines really do have an exceptionally small extreme reaction, always much less than the disease/virus it is trying to combat.
We live a longer and healthier life generally, correct? Even given the shocking diets of so many people!
