I may have missed this news but I can’t believe she is selling the house! Obviously it has some terrible memories for her but also it was her home with Chumpy, would have traces and memories of him everywhere, it’s where she brought Minnie home to - I would be far too emotionally attached to sell up unless moving to a different city/ had outgrown the house/ could no longer afford it on my own
My 1st thought was that she has been seeing someone and wants to start fresh in a new house...
I would be shocked if this is the case if she is serious enough with a new partner to merit moving out of her home
Agree, she does a lot of travel so has probably blown a lot of money.
It’s going to be very awkward for her when the time comes to make a new relationship public. She’s built a big public persona off the back of chumpy’s tragic death. She had the choice to disappear into anonymity or ride the wave of public interest and curiosity over her grief and solo mum journey. Changing her surname to Pullin and writing the book will make it really difficult to introduce someone new without judgement or backlash. I’d never expect her to be single and alone forever, she’s so young. But lots of stans will definitely judge and berate her for moving on when it inevitably happens

Especially if the new guy isn’t the all-round sporting god/ polymath / worlds coolest legend that Chumpy was.
No one wants to hear they’re with (or they are, in the bloke’s case) a massive downgrade, or have to compete with a ghost.
It reminds me of rove McManus. Tasma? Tamsin? I don’t recall the second wife’s name Altho they’ve probably been together for 20 years. It was just so sad and untimely with Belinda Emmett. Anyway that being said I don’t think her stans will have backlash, it’ll be a whole new storyline “I just know chumpy would want me to be happy” and announced with a full page paid spread on some magazine.. because we’re at the juncture where gf needs a new plot line
Surely Chumpy would’ve had life insurance given he had a mortgage, of which she would’ve likely been the sole beneficiary as his de facto partner
Also - when no she speaks about Chumpy she speaks in current tense (he is, he said, we are, etc) which frankly I find quite odd (even having lost and grieved three parents). Is she just going to completely flip one day?
Surely given his sport he had pretty good insurance.
It’s actually the opposite. High risk jobs are hard to get insurance for. Or it’s only very little. Unfortunately speaking from experience

It doesn’t even look like a proper pregnancy belly yet. It’s soft and pushed out. Atleast wait until the start of trimester 3.
Is Chloe just going to live in bikinis/ crop tops for the next 4+ months so everybody knows she’s pregnant
Oh wow is she only 20 weeks. My pregnancies DRAGGED but hers is going to be the longest ever.
