If she'd read any of the literature and blogs she's referenced over the last few days she'd know that saying 'I don't see colour' is all kinds of wrong. The whole point is that I see you, I see your colour, I see your struggle. Why post links you're not going to bother checking and reading.
Everyone sees colour, we have to. It is how you react (or not preferably) to what you see that makes you a person. I can almost guarantee that she will trot out friend with darker skin in the next short while, I give it a week.
