I do like the GHD hairdryer, it made my hair feel really nice and smooth when I first started using it.I was looking into the GHD hairdryer (helios) as an alternative for blow drying. My hair doesn't hold curls well so I've come to the conclusion it probably wouldn't be right for meWhat do you think of the GHD hairdryer?
You sound similar to me, I thought it would be easy to use and faff free....it is none of those things....I have cloud 9 straighteners, fancy curlers and a nice hairdryer and I don't really used them. I need something faff free and easy to use. The straighteners and curlers are just too much effort. I was hoping dyson air wrap could help me with easy routine that doesn't take too much effort. My hair holds curl well. Do you guys think it would work for me? I have wavy hair.
I know I was so disappointed. I bought the one for long hair which is a little more expensive but I thought it would be best as my hair is mid length just below my shoulders. This fitted my hair perfect I probably would have had to send the standard one back unless I wrapped the hair round itself on the small barrels. Luckily I got most of my money back though only ended up £60 out of pocketThat's such a shame! My hair is the same type as yours and also naturally straight so I don't think it would work either, and it never lasts when my hairdresser styles it so not much hope for my own skills. I think I might just upgrade my hairdryer and straighteners for half the price.
I got one from my partner for Christmas last year. It's absolutely brilliant. I love it. I had Cloud Nines which I never found great, but there is absolutely no comparison between them and the airstrait. They're terrible in comparison.Just wondering if anyone has a Dyson airstrait? Thinking of buying one because I had my hair done professionally and they used one and it worked really well on my hair. But I was looking at second hand ones and someone said it was too heavy for them to use on their own. Just looking for other opinions to see if it will be worth me buying
Thank you, I never thought to try anywhere else as they've been out of stock for so long, that's what happens when I stay in my ain laneThey are available at Currys and QVC.
Thank you, ah that's no good, so expensive too!QVC!

You can buy it from QVC on easy pays and with money bank guarantee.Hi, can I ask if you are in UK, where did you get airwrap? I've been waiting for months for the Dyson website to email me as it's been out of stock for ages, thank you.

I think I seen somewhere that there is a money back guarantee if you order direct from dyson? Might be worth looking into, at least then you could try it out to see if it works for you and if not you could and sit back. If your hair doesn’t hold a curl though I’d say it wouldn’t be worth it especially when you think the priceI've heard a few people say this. My hair is fine (but there's a lot of it) so curls and blowdrys sadly don't last. I think I'd be better upgrading my 10 year old GHDs or hairdryer![]()
Treat yourself!Great thank you I might buy them this month. I have some extra money this month but unsure whether to treat myself to something or be good and save it![]()
I'm tempted to look the Babyliss Secret Curl or Smooth an Waves. Reviews seem mixed on both tho. I curled my hair with my straighteners yesterday but they dropped out almost immediately lolI have a dyson hairdryer and I love it purely because it doesn't sound like a plane taking off, light to use and dries my hair in half the time. Hair is in much better condition too. for curls, I have one of those BaByliss secret curls and they are brilliant too, my mum got it for me for christmas and i can actually curl my hair now without burning my ears/hands and it takes about 20 mins to do the full head. No faffing around![]()
