It’s genuinely absurd to me that anyone, especially on this thread can refer to this absolute weirdo piece of tit p as “she”. Female socialisation really does a number on some women I guess. I can’t understand catering to a delusional man’s wishes, especially on an anonymous gossip forum that he’s never even going to read.
For people who complain about being forced to use preferred pronouns, there’s an awful lot of hostility towards people who are perfectly okay using other’s preferred pronouns 🙄 it doesn’t necessarily mean that I agree with everything trans related

It’s honestly sad because this person seems interesting to follow but the thread is clearly constantly going to be derailed by pronoun discussions and rants about the trans community as a whole

Maybe you should set up a rave thread, because this isn't one.

Wanting to have normal conversations isn’t exactly raving about anyone? Nor is just using their preferred pronouns?

Quick edit - I don’t see anyone asking others to use “she/her” yet the replies to people who do just choose to use she/her pronouns are very negative

I think bit of discussion about differing views on transgender issues is to be expected on any trans creators thread, but we really do not need pages worth of arguments about it tbh. There’s a reason why there is a blanket ban on gender discussion in general on certain threads (eg jack monroe), as it just ends up derailing the thread and neither side ever ends up changing anyone on the other sides mind.
There will never be a 100% consensus on stuff like pronouns and don’t think it’s fair to demand people to repeatedly explain their views over and over again, and tbf this is the whole reason the gender thread was set up, so that people could discuss these things without it taking over other threads.

you are so boring. what are you trying to prove?

"derailed" ugh give over. this isn't a thread talking about what we're having for christmas dinner. the thread was made with the intention to discuss his absurd and offensive behaviour for those who ALSO think the same.
this thread isn't being "derailed" lmao. it's the bleeping topic! and you've seen the previous discussion about how blatantly offensive it is to come on this thread (which is NOT your average one) calling HIM she/her. you know damn well people are going to reply to you and be pissed off.

you can call me rude or hostile or whatever the duck (and rightfully so as i should and can be) because at this point you're deliberalty being obtuse and i cba. you're on ignored

BIB - DM was nothing until he decided that the 'interesting' thing he would do was pretend to be a 'girl' and impose his opinions on everyone (sometimes with threatening overtones). His opinion mostly consists of him saying that he is a better 'girl' than biological females.

Not a warning but let's move on from this topic now as it is getting disruptive - Please read our rules and why they're important
Kinda annoying how rather than discuss their content, this thread is just another echo chamber of the gender discussion thread. Does anyone know which surgery was done? It's a very quick turn around transition time, so I'm guessing all been privately funded through tiktok and the other stuff?

Looks like he got a rhinoplasty, and brow and jaw bone shaved. I can’t wait to see how botched he looks..

This thread isn’t comparable to Jack Monroes because Jack’s gender identity is just a tiny and mostly irrelevant part of her online exploits, and no one really hates her for her views on women or trans issues alone. Dylan has chosen to make his entire online presence about his gender, pronouns and speaking on behalf of women so obviously the gender wars is what’s going to be what is spoken about on his thread.

the way I see it, anyone who uses female pronouns for a p like Dylan might as well just start a rave thread. Even if you don’t like him, calling men like him “she” is giving them exactly what they want and feeding into their delusion lol

I get what you’re saying and agree to an extent, there’s a lot of passion on both sides, but also there are a lot of people who are literally just here to ag off dylan for being a grifting little helmet and couldn’t give a single duck what pronouns other people use to refer to him…

I don’t agree that anyone should be driven off the thread just coz they choose to use she/her to refer to him. You can hate on dylan regardless of how you call him.

If you go to the Jessica alves thread it’s a mix of pronouns used over there, some say he/him, she/her. I prefer to use none, because they’ve completely destroyed and mutilated their body to the extent I’m not even sure they’re human anymore

Quite sad that his 'I love Lucy' domestic housewife fantasy has resulted in some quite serious plastic surgery. He will never get what he wants because its all make believe - 50's housewives were not having a great time.

Apart from that - who schedules major surgery at Christmas and how has he afforded it? Is there a sugar daddy funding the madness?

His entire spiel is based around his transition to ‘girlhood’ and a series of repressive gender stereotypes so Im not sure what people expect? If anyone wants a thread that blows smoke up his a and only discusses his ‘content’ in a favourable light there’s nothing stopping them from making one.
As with earlier threads on Alves, I’m always struck by how people somehow think it’s mean to discuss ‘trans’ individuals but this entire site is full of threads slagging off women and no one gives a toss about it.

This feels like twisting the conversation for the sake of it. No one has said outright that gender discussion should be totally forbidden but it’s clear that the thread is at risk of being constantly derailed by gender discussion, such as the whole pronoun thing, which isn’t even relevant to the content being put out just for the sake of discussing it. Using preferred pronouns if you personally choose to doesn’t mean that you automatically think positively of the person or are a trans ally or whatever

Discussing the surgery or obvious differences in gender socialisation is expected because it’s directly relevant to the content surely?

Is there anything on their background? I assume they were at least partly wealthy before tiktok, and I assume she now makes a fair amount of money from brand sponsorships. Tagging the doctor on IG also makes me think that there’s a discount at play

He’s made a vast amount of money in a very short amount of time from sponsorship deals and views on TikTok and Youtube. It’s estimated he earns at least £100,000 a month currently.

I’d seen this figure quoted too. His latest TikTok is a sponsored content deal with a clothing company I think. It’s absolutely dreadful - about how he’s being his authentic self’ by filling his body full of hormones and face full of plastic. Larping bumhole.

It’s like that Tom Daly bloke and his knitting. A man does a thing that women have been doing for ages (and often been mocked for and been told it’s trivial or stupid) and all of a sudden praise gets heaped upon them and it’s like they are the second coming of Christ. Man wears make up and frilly clothing - empowering their authentic feminine side, woman wears it, silly and boring and predictable. Throw money at the man.

Oooh I saw someone stitch one of this guys videos and he basically said, I followed this guy for a long time and he’d been getting dressed up in womens clothes for a long time and had even applied to female sorority houses (I’m not american but I believe they’re all female so that’s creepy af before we even start) as a gay man, but apparently a lot of people kept saying to him ‘omg you’re trans, you’d make such a wonderful trans woman’! He denied it for ages, insisted he was a gay man, then as his social media following grew he claimed to be non binary and now finally this.
It seems that Mulvaney was the blueprint, and we should probably expect to see many copies popping up
