Yawn yawn about the house and ugly clothes. Do people google private doctors before they pay? How little doctors are in Galway? Will the activities all be #collab on her holibobs? Big profit margins on botox and cosmetics. Its sad how greedy and miserly the family is. Obvs all about the money.
Is that the third place she has booked for the summer?! Jesus. I'm sorry but it's nigh on impossible to get bookings anywhere (speaking from my own experience) at this stage. That's just greedy and possibly preventing other people from having ONE staycation.
Also, based on where they're going (I can't remember the other two but I know one of them was also spendy), with three kids, clearly money no object and Ross must get great leave from work! I wonder if the flashiness with the cash like this might start rubbing up her followers the wrong way.

As someone who doesn’t have, but really wants kids, I find the way she gives out about them non-stop so upsetting. It’s almost like they are just an entirely negative aspect of her life. She doesn’t know how lucky she is to have three healthy babies. I hope that by the time they are old enough to use the internet that their Mammy will have taken down the things she has said about them as I can only imagine what that must feel like to hear how much you were impinging on your mother ‘living her best life’.

Yes, aside from the three staycations she said in a story recently that she hoped the holiday to Lanzarote in October could still go ahead if restrictions allow. So four holidays in basically four months. Needs a break from doing a couple of hours of consults a week and the house renovations. The online shop must be coining it in for her cos she certainly isn't flat out in the clinic based on the amount of time she spends posting terrible clothes hauls and other shite on Insta.

I'd love to be he in position with staycations but hey ho it ain't gonna happen this year. But she is such a moaning whinging bag... if its not about the kids, she moaning about the house, moaning about Ross, the long hours she's apparently working.....
2 weeks in Lanzarote in October.. 3 staycations in 4-5 stars here... still a very part time online GP.. she’s either up to her croaky tonsils in debt or she’s making money
I genuinely used to like her content. Found her pretty informative. First thing that rubbed me up the wrong way was her recommending the Sleepyhead. I thought she'd know better than promoting unsafe sleep as a doctor. Then the other day she claimed she was far from wealthy. She made it seem like she's struggling to make ends meet but I'm sure anyone struggling financially would hardly book 2 weeks away to Lanzarote and have a skincare routine that you'd nearly need to take out a loan for? Nothing wrong with having a bit of money but she should just be honest about it.
2 weeks in Lanzarote and, as @brandambassador said, 3 staycations in 4/5 star hotels here. And a new kitchen (though probably largely discounted as it's a collab) and renovated clinic. Really not relatable for the average Joe/Jane to be going on four holidays after doing all that work in the house and renovating a clinic.
She said when someone asked her recently about going back to do Medicine that she got a 100k loan for that. So perhaps she topped that up at some stage. She also said they have had "help" from their parents, so maybe that's still the case or the money was significant. It just seems mad to me how much she has/spends given she's really only very new to her career......and she never seems to be working in the clinic! Now we know why she needs the Front of House/marketing specialist-they'll be packing all the orders and running the clinic's Instagram while she's on holliers for the rest of the year.
She was in one of the Sunday magazines yesterday, there's a picture of her with the family and they have her husband down as Dr Ross Shepherd. He's not a doctor too is he?
