I don't think anyone says that anymore, people on Instagram are bleating on every day about their mental health and showing emotions. It's a really good way to get engagement. I'm not talking about this account but in general so many are using mental health as a tool to grow their account and shut down any valid criticism. It's the opposite of taboo thesedays.
