I hate to complain, but I think my job is making me dead inside.
I changed jobs with a title upgrade only to realize the responsibilities are about 10% of what I used to have. A graduate can do my job. The work-life balance is better than my previous role but I spend weeks if not months looking at the same spreadsheets everyday. There is no variety of tasks.
This in addition that I have colleagues who scrutinize my every move. It’s very cliquey and they’re judgmental.
I’ve honestly mentally checked out because it’s the only way I can low tolerate this job. Yeah, the work-life balance is good but is it enough to keep me going? Not really. I get zero adrenaline from this role.
