ive been diagnosed with cptsd and have despersonalition alongside it/its kind of a nothing thing/not diagnosed so just expected as part of it and it DEF doesnt look like this

This is why its important to have people around you who can call you out on attention seeking behavior. Where are her friends? Are they not embarrassed or worried for her? She clearly wants attention and if she had actually put in the work to improve her mental health like many of us have, then she would not feel the need to post online for validation. I used to feel bad for her but she's 31 now and still acting like a high school teenager. She needs to grow up and get off social media as she's too old to be acting like this. She really fell off and at this point im just annoyed when I see her pop up.
Maybe Bertie set boundaries and she couldn't handle it
