I am still shook that everyone blindly gave him money. More so that when anyone here questioned it, they got a really hard time. 🤯
I genuinely thought he was doing a good deed. He may still do so but as time ticks on, my opinion has indeed changed! gob!

He said on Siobhan O'Hagan's podcast that big charities and Turkish government are so corrupt that he could make sure the money goes to where it's needed. CHARLATAN!!

So please help me here, I’m not fully aware of the full picture, this is what I understand: After hitting a financial/work blip and having to go back to the gym floor to earn his living like a normal person, suddenly a natural disaster hits and he managed raised 100k+, then:

1. Paid blue tick
2. New app
3. New car (possibly not leased this time)
4. He’s paying for PTs from actual qualified people.

Does he detail any plans? Ideas or evidence of donating to Red Cross, Red Crescent, DEC, Doctors Without Borders etc?

Honestly, this guy would probably rob kids in cancer ward if he could get away with it, yet some people are naive enough to think “he’s not that bad”. In my experience, if you raise or give money in a disaster situation, it needs to be used ASAP. Noble ideas or long term projects (or personal vanity projects) like building a school, can be done later and on separate fund raisers. Also, for me, charity and empathy should not be exclusive to those who share your ethnicity/religion. When you have a platform, if would do no harm to raise awareness for similar things happening in other countries too. It’s a slippery slope when you only support those who look like you or share your religion or ethnicity.
I guess you absolute have to credit him, despite being completely thick and charmless, he’s managed to make a living hoodwinking gullible people or maybe he isn’t that thick, just a cunning, calculating and nasty piece of work? 🤔

He should check out Murphslife on IG to see how that money could be well spent helping communities in need.

Also... I know English is not his first language and he tries to be relatable but come on Bruh.

I didn’t train today, I need a medal for that

I’ve been struggle lately, struggling to take things slow.

Taking rest days, eating enough, sleeping enough, sometimes we get so lost in what we do that we forget the things that recharge us to perform better in al the things above.

This is why we all need a coach, the accountability, the structure, the reassurance and someone to talk to instead of a just answering a fu*king app!

Like an actual human connection to actually motivate us you know?

I’m taking 5 women this coming week on this very exclusive women’s program to boost confidence but also enhance your relationship with food and training.

If you want me to train you personally on the 29th of July, then let’s book in a call

I'm taking on calls to give you a very details breakdown on what you get and what you can achieve

don't miss out on this opportunity

Details to book in a call are just below

Why's he just taking on women?........
Because women are an easy target. Weight loss is the easiest thing to facilitate as a novice/amateur PT.

Men may have more complicated goals. Women may too, don’t get me wrong. But he’s looking for women who want to simply lose weight, because that requires the least work from him.

I also doubt he has the knowledge, experience, or skill to help anyone recomp their body or actually build muscle.

So yea. He’s going after the low hanging fruit. Uninformed, insecure, vulnerable women who don’t like the way they look ☹

And also women that think that he is a young, fit, hot IG personality  Like all the try hard women that used to be on JS FB cultpage.

A lot of gym/pt men show up on my tik tok and honestly, so many of them train women only or have videos that say ladies this is how you train *insert body part here* Some people ask why in comments but they never get an answer except that they prefer to train women.

This is a rhetorical question obviously - why does he pick small female accounts to attack (I know the answer!)
I have skipped through his story but gone onto the woman’s profile that he is vilifying, ffs what an utter bleep he really is.

Where did he go to work in a gym before he made millions from the Turkey earthquake and didn’t pay victims families? I want to know which gym he was at?

She’s hardly innocent. Her voice messages were unacceptable.

I just booked a flight to Bali, literally just then

Threw all my clothes into my suitcase and left.

I needed space.

You might be thinking

"Space from what, Diren? Don't you have your own place?"

Yes, I do. But I needed space for my thoughts and to think differently.

I'm a visual person, and a change of environment is essential for me.

I've always been this way.

Ever since returning to London from a 3-4 month stint in Australia post-COVID, I haven’t really traveled.

I did for work but not had any time alone.

This is unusual for me.

I've been somewhat of a wanderer since I was 17, so staying in one place this long feels strange.

My mind is always active. Ever since I was a child, I had this innate desire to do something or be something!

I might not have known exactly what that was, but I wanted it to be special.

I think deep down we all do.

Currently, I'm in a good place in my life, but I believe a change in environment will provide more clarity.

Business is thriving. My clients are thrilled with my challenges, and my inner circle is stronger than ever!

The confidence group I coach – my premium coaching program – is absolutely smashing their goals.

so everything is good!

"Then why do you need this Diren?"

At 31, I can see changes unfolding.

To be honest, it's a bit scary.

I've lived through numerous chapters in my life, faced many failures, and learned countless lessons.

This is just another chapter, I guess.

I'm eager to delve deep into my mind and prioritise what's beneficial for my soul, not just what looks good on Instagram or boosts my business.

If you're keen on hearing more from me, come watch me speak this year at IFS (International Fitness Summit). I'll share all my stories and what I know to help you there.

And if you're considering starting your fitness journey, check out my Progress247 app, tailored for what I lovingly term 😂 "fitness virgins."

It offers an easy-to-follow program with robust community support.

Ps: IFS is in the UK this year, so don't miss out!

Are people really this gullible to give this creep their hard earned money… …we’d all be rich if we had the conscience levels of a reptile.

Spending that gofundme money to catch flights to cheer himself up then. Cool.
