I was also accused of transphobia my the DS mods, even though I’ve attended Pride several times and have a couple of trans people that I met through a hobby and am friends with on social media. I think DS are just tit scared of being ‘cancelled’ by the woke brigade.
I was accused of that too, it was a comment about Sam Smith that got me into hot water.

People like Psychosis are a huge part of the current problem we've got with activism turning toxic and people who want to do the right thing chosing to keep quiet and stay away instead. It helps nobody and I don't know how people like Psychosis can't see it unless the division is actually their goal.

The good thing is people are pushing back against them in this thread though. Even when the discussion inevitably gets deleted it's refreshing to see posters speaking their minds in a constructive way, and making note of who can't handle that so as to avoid them in the future.

I'm amazed it lasted as long as it did. Must be some sort of record for a trans thread over there.
Exceptionally strange though how people aren't "allowed" to talk about the subject, however sensitively and constructively.
There might be a delay, a handful of 2 week bans might be put in place, it's happened before.

Does anyone remember Crazy Chris? He seems to pop up in my memory for some reason. There was also an (Irish I think) girl who was one of the first to get 100k posts?? Apparently she was worked in admin but was doing more than a post a minute in stupid chat threads?
I also used to visit diabolik.tv (sp) if anyone remembers that?

I remember diabolik. Shame it all went so wrong when they started doxxing people and stalking them on Facebook. I like an online 'spat' as much as the next person but Stu Lancs/Aneechik or whatever his name is (who started the forum up) is beyond unhinged. Is it still going? Always made me chuckle that they were so vociferously anti DS but then spent every waking hour on there, setting up sock puppets, trolling the place 24/7 and basically showing they couldn't live without it.

During my brief tenure on DS I noticed in the Chatter forum pages and pages of mind-numbing games/word puzzle threads. And that some members would spend nearly all morning posting to each one, but without venturing out beyond that.
Now of course, if that's what they want to do then fine. All harmless fun. But blimey when I saw some of them brag about having 250k posts over a period of 10+ years, you do have to think was it time well spent?

I only went in there once as it was mentioned on another section of DS (Streisand effect) how they were coming up to a “milestone” in a counting thread and outsiders (LOL!) were coming in and trying to steal the coveted milestone post.
