Rude and also crude, but who is going to report him? After all the fuss made of 'Discussions' counts, when genuine alerts should be made to the mods, who's going to do it now when still active posters are accused of being a snitch?James30 is treading a very fine line with his latest comments about Steve.
That poster is a very odd one. He just trolls that thread and has done for years. He's a repetitive as the guy he claims to hate!
Further to my post above, seems like it was the same Jason who spilled the beans about 'Discussions' only to have his post(s) removed. You forgot Jason with a smug reply.
You are spot on with certain DS FMs usual comments. I especially love the BIBA real annoyance about Digital Spy is that it takes a while for a thread to get going. A new thread which sounds quite interesting will normally go like this -
What's your favourite Pot Noodle flavour?
Another pointless thread (Macca)
None! Next!
Why do we need this again? It was discussed at length in 2006
I don't eat Pot Noodles because I once slept with a guy that asked if he could cover my body in noodles but I didn't want my designer gear to be stained (Tanya)
Where is your evidence that people actually like Pot Noodles? (Jurassic Mark)
By Page 2 the discussion will eventually get going.
Yes, he did, he also took credit for working it out. The trouble is it was someone else who did that (he thought something else entirely) but he carries on letting DS think he worked it out. I've lost count of the times people give him credit for it. You would think he would be a little ashamed, but he isn't.Further to my post above, seems like it was the same Jason who spilled the beans about 'Discussions' only to have his post(s) removed.
Yes dare to criticise Channel 4s black programming day and you're an evil racistIf ever you want proof of what DS is these days:
Broadcasting
Next to each other in Broadcasting
First a thread of "how wonderful it is Channel 4 is celebrating black people and ensuring black people are represented blah blah blah"
The second "bigtory in HD", "shameful right wing broadcasting" "gammon tv".
You don't even need to click on either thread to know what they will contain.
I remember him quite well, didn't he sign every post off with 'coo'?At one time a poster called LostPigeon* would have asked "What is your lover's favourite Pot Noodle flavour?"
*Does anyone remember him?
Can you tell us which soap or not. I only visit 2 of them and there are a couple of blokes who think it is their threadI don't know why I bother posting sometimes... I've just posted on the soap forum an answer to someone's question. Not 3 posts later, the poster who seems to think they control the thread has repeated virtually word for word what I said. I'm fairly sure any further discussion on the subject will now centre around this poster (not that I'm particularly bothered because I don't really go on there for the discussions but it would be nice to be acknowledged!) and my contribution will roll like tumbleweed
There can't be two people with that level of stupidity.I think 2 people post under Occy.
It's true that I clearly thought it was points but when I looked at the help pages on Vanilla as well as the code, I clearly saw i was wrong and I'm pretty sure I acknowledged that. But then I can barely remember what happened last week, let alone over a year ago.Yes, he did, he also took credit for working it out. That's the reason why I haven't reported him.Rude and also crude, but who is going to report him? After all the fuss made of 'Discussions' counts, when genuine alerts should be made to the mods, who's going to do it now when still active posters are accused of being a snitch?
I've just read a post of theirs that is completely different to normal. I've noticed it before. Most of the time it seems like it's either a young child or a really old person not particularly au fait with forums. There can't be two people with that level of stupidity.
That’s hilarious!A real annoyance about Digital Spy is that it takes a while for a thread to get going. A new thread which sounds quite interesting will normally go like this -

I am one of the many banned posters who have also now found Tattle - so much better! I still don't understand what the DS Discussion counts mean. Yes, you have flagged a post to the mods, but that could be for many reasons, yet it now seems to mean you want a poster banned. Thank goodness I'm no longer part of that as it seems very divisive.I posted in the thread about discussion counts but my posts were also removed.
Serial alerters deserve to be exposed.
It was one of the corrie threadsCan you tell us which soap or not. I only visit 2 of them and there are a couple of blokes who think it is their thread
I wouldn't say stupid, I would say he is unique so no other poster could compareThere can't be two people with that level of stupidity.
How would that work? I was poo-pooed a few days ago for asking if DS mods can also still post. Would they lose their posting privileges?Has anyone still on DS thought of applying to be a moderator and see what the process is?
Come on someone give it a go even if you don't get the job the process and interview would be a good story to tell.
