Yes good point. Guess I'll just have to take extra care with her.I'm not sure I'd use any spray because they're straw/wicker types - which are kept away from water so adding a spray could decay that?

I purchase inserts from Samorga for all my bags. They have 20% off at the moment.Basket experts (and specifically @ATV2021): do I need to do anything to protect my new baby? I do really look after things but I also use my nice things too and I want to keep her pristine.
What is your budget? Be able to suggest bits most suitedHello! I need some help. I am in a super frumpy rut and I don't know where to start. Basically I need a preferably cross body day bag - big enough for phone, keys, bits and pieces and I don't know where to start.
I own one handbag which isn't a changing bag - it's a Michael kors cross body camera bag in black with gold chain. Very simple and does me for most evening events.
But I'm sick of it. Sick of it being my only option!
You all seem to have a lot more knowledge then me - what would be a good option for a nice leather day bag, preferably tan or similar colour that's very wearable with lots of different outfits?
Plus on a budgetif any brands spring to mind can you help a girl out?? I just don't know what's fashionable any more
i have two coach shay crossbody bags in saddle (rich brown) and chalk (off white) and my mum has basically taken joint custody! looks like coach have stopped selling it on their site which is a shame as it's a perfect bag imo - fits in phone, portable charger, 500ml water, wide purse, extra tote and i could easily squeeze more in. it has a top handle which can sit on the shoulder and comes with a removable / adjustable long strap. the pebble leather is so soft and great quality, i did spray mine with liquiproof protector that was recommended here.Hello! love the chain, but will the lambskin hold up to regular use?Ladies. I keep admiring this bag on my walk to the office. It would be great for the autumn, please give me a reason why I shouldn’t buy it otherwise I’m afraid I might fall into selfridges on my way home
I find Radley is very budget friendly and good quality leather. I have a camera bag from there that has been well used and honestly it is still in very good condition. Also Aspinal is good quality leather.Hello! I need some help. I am in a super frumpy rut and I don't know where to start. In all honesty, and this is no dig at anyone who has one and loves it, but with the very odd exception (ie Aspinall), personally I’ve found the quality of lots of lower end designer bags to be pretty poor and not worth the money. Not sure what your budget is but I’d be inclined to buy either higher end but pre-loved or go for a non-branded but great quality, beautifully designed one from somewhere like John Lewis.Hello! It really depends on fx rates and whether you can claim tax back at airport (ive limited knowledge so those with a bit more feel free to correct me).Can someone help me out… is designer abroad always necessarily cheaper? I’m going away in a month and wanting a few pieces from dior, chanel and Hermes but not sure whether to wait until I go away and shop there! I’m stuck

Just going on recent experience, buying in the EU and flying back to the UK was cheaper for the bag I bought. The bag was £675 in the UK and my OH said it worked out about £550 buying abroad. Can someone help me out… is designer abroad always necessarily cheaper? Oh lush! They're such beautiful bags aren't they? I am using mine carefully as it's wicker/straw/whatever the hell it's made from but it does feel strangely robust to me.8 days later and she arrived. I am in love.
The bag seems very delicate.
I was worried the size could be too small. The size is perfect. The bag is dreamy.Oh lush! They're such beautiful bags aren't they? I am using mine carefully as it's wicker/straw/whatever the hell it's made from but it does feel strangely robust to me.
