It has.
I saw a spotter in Christopher’s place next to Selfridges in London.
This guy was looking to see if this guy had a watch on. I couldn’t believe my eyes. Even my partner saw.
Even watch finder’s system was compromised by a member of staff.
Makes me sick. Police are not doing enough sadly.

I always try to take my jewellery off when I go to London for this reason…I don’t think police will do anything unfortunately, it’s hard to track down people who commit these thefts. We just have to protect ourselves

So, the new style Lanvin ballet pumps just arrived and OMG - they are unbelievable.

Beautifully made, super soft, buttery lambskin, and they are so padded in the sole they feel like sneakers! I'd maybe go half a size up, but they are a strong 10.10 on the first impression

Mulberry have had a sneaky price increase - a regular Lily is £950 and a Bayswater is £1,195!

Literally the moment I clicked buy (for £350) they skyrocketed (apologies!) I'd see if you like the ones on the Lanvin site, as honestly, I am already planning on getting the jacquard versions as they are so squidgey on the inside.

You didn't hear it from.me, but most designers do their price increases before black Friday, with all the promotions going on, they hope that nobody will notice the increase

My mulberry lily was about £600 when I got it so long ago. The prices are crazy now!

My bayswater was £480 back in the olden days! I also remember getting evening bags from HoF Oxford St for about £150 and wallets from the main store on Bond St for £50! That’s when they were cool and well made. Why double, triple the price when people don’t even GAF?

Could anyone tell me whether Aquazzura shoes are comfortable please? My daughter is getting married next year and I’m desperate to buy the pumps with the bow detail at the back 🫣. I bought a pair of Jimmy Choos for my son’s wedding a few years ago and they were really comfortable so not sure whether to buy another pair of choos or run the risk of being in agony all day 😵‍💫… Thank you ☺

I have a pair of aquazzura sandals, they’re comfortable but they’re only 85mm :) I’ve not tried the style you’re thinking of getting. I’d say they’re on par in terms of comfort, with Jimmy choos 💗

Yeh they’re ok, jimmy choo are the most uncomfortable shoes in any style for me so anything is an improvement on that lol but I feel they come up small so I’d say size up at least half size if you’re ordering online. That said I’ve only had sandals flat and heeled, not pumps so sizing may be different on them….That shoe is lovely though 😍
