I'm sorry for your loss. I am on low dose aspirin on this pregnancy due to a previous stillbirth too. I took clexane with my rainbow as he was ivf but I'm wondering if I should ask about clexane in this pregnancy.
Would be worth asking I’m on aspirin (75mg) until 32 weeks.

Weird that she's finding it strange that the husband hasn't gotten it. Must mean he's not vaccinated either. I presume many working in the salon are too young to be vaccinated yet

I’m 99% sure my husband had it before the first case was confirmed here. (He was literally showing all the signs!) but my children and I never once got sick, now I can’t be sure it was but whatever it was we didn’t catch it. I do believe he doesn’t have it after witnessing our scenario 🤷🏻‍♀️

My friend was only on aspirin after stillbirth nothing else (she chose csection at 38wks) both babies after SB were ok 🥰 best wishes to you both

She does realise it can take anything from 1 day up to 14 days to develop symptoms and or test positive? It’s dependent on the strain too and how transmissible it is. I developed symptoms exactly 14 days after I came in contact with an infected person and all it took was a lift a car but it was torrential rain the same day and no windows open in the car. The only difference with me and the person who gave it to me was he only got a mild flu whereas I nearly lost my life due to severe Covid pneumonia and I’m immune suppressed. Better to be safe than sorry as I done everything right and never broke the rules and all it took was a lift with my brother in law who was part of our small family bubble. I actually had no close contacts whatsoever outside my home and even my husband and son didn’t catch it off me in our house thank god. But I’m still struggling health wise 6 months later as it’s a very nasty virus.

Oh I know a few cases where people living together didn't catch it off each other. I'm just surprised that yet another way of protecting themselves and the baby wasn't taken. I understand that she might have been nervous to take it in pregnancy but if he didn't even take it up even reduce the risk of bringing home to her. Maybe the reason they never took precautions is that they don't believe the covid hype or something,?

I can see her milking that. To her credit she is an astute business woman. Journalling/positive manifesting etc, she'll make a tidy few quid out of it.

Agreed. I definitely feel awful for thinking the way I do. I am delighted for her and I am definitely jealous!

Yeah I totally agree. I feel horrible for thinking her story just doesn’t make sense but I’m sick of the whole “I manifested it” bull. After years of fertility treatment and losing my baby very late in the pregnancy how come manifesting isn’t working for me???! I hate feeling like this, I’m jealous of how lucky she is to have a little baby but I really feel like I’m doing something wrong when I watch her stories, like I don’t “want it” enough and that’s why I’m not getting my baby. Like I genuinely would be devastated if it turns out that she has lied too. I don’t understand how she had a period for the first time in 15 years and only for her dad randomly asking her if she had her period because he saw blood on the bed, would she have not noticed she had her period? I don’t get it 🤷🏼‍♀️ I unfollowed her once I knew her baby arrived safely, I just couldn’t be listening to positive affirmations/manifestations 💩💩💩💩

Loads of kids are talking like that now, it’s unreal. My son talks normal with us but if he’s online with his pals his accent changes a bit because all his pals sound like they’ve just arrived off a flight from Florida!
I hear others on the walk home from school too. The YouTube generation!
Off a flight from florida really made me lol 😂😂. My nephew sounds American, he's 5 its very amusing to me. My own daughter sounds completely Irish but uses the odd American phrase, trash, diaper, closet etc. 🙈 I'm like no!

I had to inject myself for 6 weeks after baby, but it was because there was a history of post partum blood clots in the family. And even still I had to fight my case for them to agree to give me anything

Why bother sending mark for more tests. They should assume their whole household has covid and isolate

I only follow a couple of bloggers…Denise being one of them. I never comment on their stories/posts but I wanted to leave a congratulations under the photo of the baby and to say he was gorgeous…but nope…comments limited…so I tried to send a message…couldn’t do that either…yet if I’m not mistaken she was preaching last week about how thankful she is for all the messages/comments and replies to each one because it’s “sooo important” yet all her posts are limited and the only people allowed to comment are the likes of McGregors Sister and fellow “influencers”. I’m sorry but I have a massive issue with that…3…2…1 unfollowed!

Do close contacts not have to self isolate for 14 days? Both my son and husband had to self isolate in January for 14 days regardless of negative tests.

I said the same thing the other day… my view on her has completely gone from really liking her and having no issue to not wanting to know anymore, I have now switched from buying from her to a local place near me…. Anyway congrats Denise, your clearly reading here!

Yes they do.. they isolate for 17 days now not 14! Well that’s what contact tracing told me

The part where she said her dad asked her if she had her period is why I think she's lying & knew all along. I know my dad would never ask, but maybe hers would, that's OK. But if there was blood on the sheets & enough for her dad to cop it, then it leaked through her pjs.....
Yes I think she knew too/had IVF, I thought that was very strange surely she would have noticed she got her period/went to the toilet in the morning before her dad for some reason went in and inspected her bed why would he do that? Also strange she never shared it at the time as she always reiterated that she never gets a period of imagine she would be straight on telling everyone she got one?
