Maybe she has had issues, but it's a sensitive topic that should be addressed with care and consideration for her viewers too. Her message seems to be if you have had restrictive eating issues in the past, just give yourself the green light to eat enormous quantities of unhealthy food. The idea of finding some sort of healthy balance doesn't seem to cross her mind.
