What is the comparable one to Davinias? I like to take collagen to help hair health so not sure what one I need.
Type 1 collagen is the most beneficial for hair/skin, but type 3 also has benefits for it. Type 2 is good for joints. I think Willpowders is 1 and 3?

I am starting to hate myself for lining her pockets but I do love the collagen and I’ve tried others and they either have an awful after taste or will not dissolve for love or money.

I have to admit I do enjoy the electrotide and the keto creamer too. It’s just a shame a lot of the stuff she says and posts is absolutely nuts.
Me too I love her collagen and MCT powder never touched the oil as heard bad things about it. I do fasting always have and never had an issue. Everyone is different. Just started on the electrotide and that is good also. I like her products. But never listen to a word she says she is bat crazy but I do kinda like her

The colour of her legs 😱 and from the look of her son’s legs, she isn’t allowing sun cream on them either! Absolute idiot!
To be fair, I don't know her heritage but I have Greek heritage. Both my son's go very dark within days in the sun as do I. This is regardless of slathering them in cream.
My daughter however looks like I stole her as she is blonde and only lightly tans. Much to her disgust.

Taking collagen does nothing for elasticity/anti aging. Biggest myth going. You have to make your own collagen by taking vitamin a, using retinol. You can’t put something or someone else collagen inside you to give you more.

I just watched her video of what she eats a day as a Carnivore. How much must all that cost?! So many powders.

I have used Ancient & Brave collagen, three whole jars and didn’t notice much difference but now I’m getting through a tub by Wellgard and halfway through this tub my nails are growing so fast (this actually pees me off cos I like short nails) and my hair, my roots are needing done far too often!! I have female pattern baldness as diagnosed by dermatology and for the first time in over ten years I have a full fringe, it isn’t separating in the middle like a pair of curtains because there isn’t enough hair to make up a full fringe, the whole fringe is right along my forehead. My hairdresser said she hasn’t done anything different cut wise she just did my usual short in middle, longer at sides, sweepy fringe cut so I actually went into the shop to show her my full fringe like a maniac hahaha! So sorry on the WP thread but there’s a good review for the Wellgard collagen haha!

Tell her that as she gets bigger she'll be thankful for her fair skin. I'm fair and pale skinned, my mother kept me in the shade and always made sure I had spf on. Ive lived by that my whole life. My sister is the complete opposite and even as a baby my mum, we knew no better back then, was put in the sun to "give her a nice color". Fast forward to now, my 3 years older than me sister looks like she could be my grandmother. Her face, and these are her own words, is like a screwed up piece of bacofoil. I thank god for my pale fair skin every single day .

If you're taking collagen you need to take vitamin c also or you won't absorb any of it.

No, but I’d love to know how much that amazing apartment on bondi is costing them.

They’ll be back this week or else Matt will with the kids while she stays to work/shill her product.
Will all go through willpowders as expenses to reduce the tax bill. Hence her repeatedly saying she’s there to set up the Oz branch, rather than it’s a holiday.

Yeah, couple of TV appearances as well. Not sure though it is best time to be in Aus to get Business set up, promotion etc as it is peak holiday season and no one is working, watching TV. Understand why she chose the Christmas break though as works best for her personal circumstances with the kids etc.

Aren’t the kids at boarding school anyway? She’s not exactly mother of the year so I doubt they really figured.

So a Racoon refusing a Dorito is because its poisonous? Maybe it’s because Racoons don’t eat crisps but lets not get bogged down with that eh?! 🤣
So much sun damage to her skin this trip. I would be more worried about that than eating a crisp.

I watched that reel she shared of the lady just back from holiday (honestly, if you’re going to feel that disgusting after eating on holiday then don’t bother in the first place). And she says she’s now going to be eating clean. Yet not a single FOOD item on that bench. Just packets and powders. No actual food. I really don’t buy into this at all. I’ve said it before on the Gemma Atkinson thread (she’s exactly the same, lives off powdered stuff), unless you’re a professional sports person or athlete, NONE of this is necessary. Just research what you get from food and build your diet from there. That’s not to say we can’t all benefit from the odd supplement, like Vitamin D, and menopausal women may need other things. But the vast majority of us should get what we need from proper food. I got the Tess Daly book and not once is there any mention of protein powders. But there is plenty of information on foods that are healthy, improve gut health etc. If this lady wants gut health, there’s any number of food items she can consume for this. I just do not see that existing on powder is a healthy lifestyle.
