I got caught up in the bull a few years ago and it wrecked my gut for a long time, it's only now just starting to get back to normal.

I did the whole fasting until 12 (but then snacking more) supplements and powders, eating more protein, less veggies and carbs, exercising more - it ducked me up big time, bloating, constipation (sorry if TMI but her guidance and advice is dangerous) and messed with my head. Spent so much money on gut doctors and 💩 tests, I even had to have a colon/endoscopy to see if there were any underlying issues.
Now I've gone back to eating balanced meals with lots of variety and fiber, my guts back on track and my stomach is flat again with hardly any bloating. When I look at her pics her belly looks very square and barrel like, wouldn't surprise me if she has gut issues and problems, and will most likely get worse on the carnivore diet.

Re the money. Don't forget there's a step brother. She won't get it all. She'll get a nice chunk but if he's got his head screwed on he'll make sure she can't just blow the lot.
You're right, her dad has two younger sons with his new wife, she was an only child when her parents split.

This is what I'm saying . It's so dangerous. This kind of advice should only be made by a qualified professional after a one to one consultation.
Everyone is different and glugging down tablespoons of mct oil can cause severe gut issues. Fasting can spiral a person's cortisol sky high. It isn't for everyone. I would be more inclined to save my money and go and see the likes of her friend pippa to see whats what and have some of the tests done.

I just don't know how this one time actress can reinvent herself as a health guru without a single qualification. It just shows that the health and fitness industry is unregulated and anyone can set themselves up in the business.

The airbrushing is doing all the heavy lifting on this cover. She looks nothing like this.

I agree with the PP about the fact that she has changed. I find her extremly patronising !
I know she's trying to flog her gear, but like others have said, she's no bleepin expert. She's an alcoholic who has swapped one addiction for another. It's obsessive and giving out the wrong message to women. Look Davinia, if I wanna sit n drink a glass of wine n eat my body weight in quality street, I'm gonna do it hun😝🥳.
And.........Don't get me started on the tan! She reminds me of my friends ma back in the 80s who used to sunbathe in back garden covered in ambre solaire oil. Skin like a shammy leather.

I agree- I take the collagen and I do love the aha but no to the mct and all that jazz. She’s def changed… 💯! She used to be semi likeable where she was still learning but now she’s an absolute know it all and just flogging her wares. The ‘tan’ and leather skin in OZ is really putting me off plus she’s flogging a lifestyle that is just not true. Shes so stressed out all the time, manic, chaotic and clearly still an addict with a new addiction. I could easily unfollow her but I’m just enjoying watching her madness now rather than feeling there’s something new to ‘learn’. I like her collagen and its well priced but if hunter gatherer was the same price I’d go with them instead tbh

I am starting to hate myself for lining her pockets but I do love the collagen and I’ve tried others and they either have an awful after taste or will not dissolve for love or money.

I have to admit I do enjoy the electrotide and the keto creamer too. It’s just a shame a lot of the stuff she says and posts is absolutely nuts.

what do you think the keto creamer does for you? I don’t know if it’s helping me or it’s just placebo haha!

I do find it stops me reaching for a bag of crisps or biscuits if I put some in a cup of tea in the afternoon or evening and that combined with the collagen I think has definitely helped my gut health , I have stopped getting a sore stomach and no longer feel constantly bloated and has helped me go to the loo more regularly.

I like the MCT, and I haven't been able to find another like it. I can find MCT powder but not with the added butter, which makes it usable as a creamer. I can use it in place of milk in tea when I'm fasting. The collagen I liked too but I've replaced that with a cheaper one now.

I dont care if she sounds like a northern fishwife and looks like she needs a wash, she’s not convincing me she is down to earth with that ring on her pinky finger 🙄

Which collagen do you buy now ?.

I am enthralled by the use and positive feedback on collagen. Scientifically it’s a huge molecule and when bought in a product it’s one or two amino acids only. So there are zero studies showing that it works. Most likely an increase in meat confirmation would do the same.
Has anyone stopped it and noticed changes disappear?

I think it’s a like a lot of these things - some of it is placebo, some is the social media influence and a lot of it is to do with people also changing their lifestyle habits when starting supplements. Starting a health kick, diet, increasing exercise is often linked to starting things like collagen. So the actual changes you see are more to do with improvement on lifestyle, along with the placebo and influence from what others say.
However, I know people absolutely swear blind by it and would deny all this 😅 It is an extortionate amount of money per kg of product for something that has no substantial proven research.

Thank you very much !. This is so much cheaper and sourced from the same country as WP.

Just to say, the one I linked there is type 1 collagen only, this one is their type 1 and 3. All depends what benefits you're after. Still loads cheaper -

What is the comparable one to Davinias? I like to take collagen to help hair health so not sure what one I need.
