I was out on the water with f30 & 50 on yesterday and went red after an hour, and I'm olive skinned! She's really bleeping dangerous spouting her tit, she looks bloody awful and haggered. She's done 10 years worth of damage in a few weeks, stupid stupid woman.
She really has. There's no reversing the damage she's done. It's stupid and irresponsible and if she thinks she looks good she's sadly mistaken. She's so cocky and sure of herself. Shes so unattractive in so many ways. A woman that will never heed any advice from anyone unless it fits in with narrative.

I find her incredibly patronising. She has no qualifications or medical experience that I know of, but thinks she knows everything.
Very few people can afford the light therapies, the ice baths, the weird sauna box, the supplements etc that she uses.

She is definitely addicted. She was selling her liver detox tablets a couple of days ago, said they were good for nights out and then says she takes them even though she doesn’t drink. What exactly is wrong with her liver that it needs them?

She says that she's done all the research into everything so we don't have to. Well I'm sorry but there's no way I'd trust her opinions and 'research' without doing some of my own, if it's something I'm interested in learning about. She comes across as quite gullible to me and someone not able to look at things objectively. She's just the type that snake oil was invented for, actually.
