I put on weight following what she said and eating all the full large stuff it all got to much trying to eat clean but hit your protein goal eat what you want in time window as long as clean if you fast. I think it all works for her cause she manic runs and excuses tit loads and fasts so long just eats one me a day and for some people it’s not as easy to just do that. I work 6am-4pm and on my feet all day and found it so hard when working to stick to it all. I’m currently lost with it all and need to get back to just healthy eating cause fallen right off track

I still use the collagen as it is the best collagen supplement I’ve tried and has helped gut issues and taking it along with the Spice supplement has helped with joint pain. But , I completely stopped using the MCT oil as it was making me stay at the same weight no matter how much exercise I did.
So, I stopped that and especially seeing how calorific it is if you have it as directed by Davinia which is a gallon a day. I just use the keto creamer in a couple cups of tea a day and cutting out the oil has finally helped me lose weight.

It is funny seeing all the posts in the Facebook group about not losing weight / putting weight on and the admins or mods jump basically saying “it must be the croissant you ate last week , not the litres of MCT oil you’re having” 😂😂 I jest but you get my point!.

The comments about the weight gain for people too. Try fasting longer so basically starve yourself or move more or it takes awhile to happen. Dangerous cause so poor people will actually listen and starve themselves and will end up really ill in end

Davinia is constantly hyper and stressed so probably won’t put on weight using the oil. If I look at a cream bun it goes straight to my a so I’m not going near it. The milk chocolate protein is delicious though.

Looking at her today, I don't know how anyone can think she's healthy and well. She looks bloated, stressed and not well.

Filming your child at the dentist is just weird. That poor boy walking away from her, she says he is terrified so filming probably ain’t helping?! Wonder if she got a nice discount but didn’t declare it.
Also she absolutely has Botox. Her forehead literally has light bouncing off of it where it is so smooth. Wonder how that fits in with bio hacking 🤔

I think it looks like her Botox is wearing off, she says she doesn’t have it but compared to a month or so ago her forehead is moving loads with deep horizontal creases.

Exactly as someone that has it we know the signs and she definitely has it, maybe baby botox to have a more natural look for a shorter period of time but she 100% has it.

I agree with some of her points on things (not the controversial ones!) but she sounds and looks like a heavy smoker to me. I cant say she is a good advert for any of her products or lifestyle

I agree her collagen and mct creamer are the best. And that is all you need.

How do I use the collagen pls? Why is it so good?
You can use it in anything - tea , coffee , pasta sauces , baking , smoothies , juice etc. it’s tasteless and zero smell.

I have noticed my gut health is so much better and my aches and pains are a lot better , I’ve tried many collagen products and hers is truly the best one. It’s helped my skin too , it’s a staple for me.

I currently use Absolute Collagen, ive noticed that my skin and nails are so much better but not gut health. Would you recommend me to swap?. I pay £28 every 2 weeks atm.

If anyone wants a cheaper alternative to the collagen, I use the powder from Peak Supps. Much cheaper, still grass fed and delivery is free.
