Yes buying epson salts I think and digesting them to trigger a at home colonoscopy.... as per Davinia's guide
This was one of the bits of advice that really bothered me. Lots of her followers have been trying this supposed 'liver cleanse' which involves drinking large amounts of olive oil and grapefruit juice, and yes the Epsom salts. Results are a massive laxative effect. The liver's job is literally to detox the body, it doesn't need you to massively shit yourself to give it a helping hand 😑.

I got caught up in the bullshit a few years ago and it wrecked my gut for a long time, it's only now just starting to get back to normal.

I did the whole fasting until 12 (but then snacking more) supplements and powders, eating more protein, less veggies and carbs, exercising more - it fucked me up big time, bloating, constipation (sorry if TMI but her guidance and advice is dangerous) and messed with my head. Spent so much money on gut doctors and 💩 tests, I even had to have a colon/endoscopy to see if there were any underlying issues.
Now I've gone back to eating balanced meals with lots of variety and fiber, my guts back on track and my stomach is flat again with hardly any bloating. When I look at her pics her belly looks very square and barrel like, wouldn't surprise me if she has gut issues and problems, and will most likely get worse on the carnivore diet.
---

You're right, her dad has two younger sons with his new wife, she was an only child when her parents split.
This is what I'm saying . It's so dangerous. This kind of advice should only be made by a qualified professional after a one to one consultation.
Everyone is different and glugging down tablespoons of mct oil can cause severe gut issues. Fasting can spiral a person's cortisol sky high. It isn't for everyone. I would be more inclined to save my money and go and see the likes of her friend pippa to see whats what and have some of the tests done.

I just don't know how this one time actress can reinvent herself as a health guru without a single qualification. It just shows that the health and fitness industry is unregulated and anyone can set themselves up in the business.

I think she has lost perspective.

What started off in trying to find healthy choices FOR HERSELF has unlocked a door for her to imply what WORKED FOR HER will work for you too. Like every single other person on social media.

She made some great choices and it had an impact however she has disordered eating and takes supplements to replace a whole host of things that she could get if she actually ate a balanced diet. Supplements are her diet and that's wrong.

I liked her too, had a few IG chats with her. But she has got whisked down a rabbit hole and it's an unhealthy and obsessed one at that.

Everyone buying into her shows how we are all looking for answers, or showing the power of Social media.

It's all a balance. Who wants a chemical supplement to replace actual health nutrients from food?

I take two supplements, not hers, but after a lot of research & trial and error with my diet. I have a rule not to buy anything from someone advertising on social media.

I don't know how it will all end with Davinia, she did originally share some good stuff. But now who wants to rely on what's she's flogging? (Apart from her company profits?) She isn't the picture of health, well maybe she is physically but everytime I pop onto IG to listen to her she is not a picture of someone who has it together or calm. Which I know none of us are 24/7 but I would expect someone selling health and wellbeing to be a role model for it.

She’s giving me the rage with all this bull💩 about addiction/carb cravings come 5 o’clock 😡 How doesn’t she realise that it’s just her body’s natural response to being starved of food all day 🤯 I seriously hope people who are following her can see she has an eating disorder & aren’t trying to do what she’s doing! She’s completely insane!
Absolute crackpot. My mate has been reeled right in and was telling me I shouldn’t be eating porridge or cooking with local rapeseed oil (I didn’t actually hear this advice from Davinia but she was quoting her). Davinia happy enough to have god knows what injected into her chops to dissolve her fillers then get more stuff pumped in after. I’ll just stick with my porridge ta.

Trust me when I say menopause will age her like you won't believe. It does everybody. The damage she has done to her skin through sun exposure alone is catastrophic. It's just around the corner for her. No one gets away with it and while she's holding the tide back at the moment she won't be able to for much longer. I predict she'll opt for surgery at some point.

It seems like she is incredibly triggered by discussions about costs, personal wealth, or privilege. It makes you wonder how hard life must be for multi millionaires.

If you look at different MCT and collagen products, hers are actually priced really competitively. I don’t understand the dislike of ‘celebrity’ middle woman - this is her life/business now, it’s not like she’s just a bystander. No one moans when someone like Rihanna brings out cosmetics etc 🤷🏽‍♀️
Absolutely, I can only compare the collagen, but I was buying from ‘Ancient & Brave’ which was £27 for 200g, whereas Willpowder’s pack is 400g for £21.99 and I don’t know whether it was the extra bounce in my step caused by the much lower price but I definitely feel like it has a better effect on my achy joints.

I agree- I take the collagen and I do love the aha but no to the mct and all that jazz. She’s def changed… 💯! She used to be semi likeable where she was still learning but now she’s an absolute know it all and just flogging her wares. The ‘tan’ and leather skin in OZ is really putting me off plus she’s flogging a lifestyle that is just not true. Shes so stressed out all the time, manic, chaotic and clearly still an addict with a new addiction. I could easily unfollow her but I’m just enjoying watching her madness now rather than feeling there’s something new to ‘learn’. I like her collagen and its well priced but if hunter gatherer was the same price I’d go with them instead tbh

I thought that rant was awful. She was basically slagging off a customer! To make the joke about blossom hill & Michael kors bag, whilst amusing, was bully behaviour.

If I had as much MCT oil as they say in all these coffees , I’d put on so much weight. I think some of the people in the Facebook group think cos it’s “no nasties” they can guzzle the MCT oil and eat a loaf of sourdough every day that it’s gonna make them look like Victoria Beckham after a few weeks 😂

Anyone who buys her lotions and potions and books, that's where your moneys gone, into her being able to tan herself through her eyeballs on an Australian beach. Good work.

There’s no point in taking all this stuff she sells when she chooses to then fry her skin at every opportunity, her skin particularly her neck and around her arms look like an old leather handbag.

The quality of her products are superb in my opinion and compared to ancient and brave etc who have a much higher price point i much prefer Davinia’s. Great marketing - her range is very much geared towards a female client base and she really does know about the products she sells - it’s her product! She’s not lending her name to anything. I think her bio-hacking knowledge is right up there. I purchased it all initially to get my hormones back in check and as a by product of following her advice along with other medical professionals she works alongside, I’ve lost 15kg’s!
I totally agree. She’s so passionate, I mean she’s on insta 24/7 about her products which I don’t think a sales type person would be? She clearly uses her own products too. Meh, I just like her. I think it’s the ADHD in me that aligns with hers 🤣

I listened to that podcast today on my drive to work. It was exhausting. They are both so manic, and Caroline is incapable or directing a conversation suitable to be listened to. It had the potential to be really interesting but it was just word soup at 100mph.

I don’t dislike Davina and she seems incredibly knowledgeable. I was actually tempted to buy her collagen. I can’t STAND Caroline Hirons though.
Honestly...she absolutely is not knowledgeable. She just parrots a load of "functional nutritionist" sh1te. It's codswallop. The collagen stuff is nonsense.

That rant just screams of 'spoilt brat'. Don't get me wrong, the general public can be absolute knobs and social media can be brutal. But,she's fuckin unhinged! Who the fuck does she thinks she is ,taking the piss out of people. Don't forget this is a person who has never had to worry about money. Fair play to her. But don't take the piss out of people that do.

I agree with what the last few posts have said. I use and love the collagen and keto powders , they do genuinely help me stop snacking on rubbish and I’ve been enjoying the new mint protein powder and I’ve cut out UPF and do not eat ready meals anymore but some of the people in the facebook group are extremists and come across like they’re one step away from wearing a tin foil hat.
