Another day of using “the basics” as she calls them in coffee and zero cravings for junk, I love my morning coffee with keto powder and collagen . I had a keto cup of tea at 6pm to stop my usual evening of snacking in front of the tv and it worked a treat.
I don't like coffee so that's out and I never drink tea but it's OK, so I could probably have a go.

Was your tea milky? I like things to taste sweet and on the very rare occasion that I drink tea, I have a sugar in it so I know I can't do that! 🙈

Anyone on here have a keto/collagen hot chocolate and if so, how do you make a healthy one please? I am useless with all this stuff and just drink Cadbury's Instant hot chocolate usually 😩

I’ve been impressed with the oestrogen detox too and rise & shine too but yes I’d love to know the mark up cos I can’t see any of the hormone supplements being THAT expensive to make.

if you have the protein as they say which only gets 12 servings, £28 is a lot. Is the Vanilla Protein as sweet and full on stevia as the chocolate one ?
I’ve not got my vanilla yet , i don’t think it had as many complaints did it ? But I’m assuming I’ll get the sweeter one I’ll let you know

I thought i liked her too. I followed her on insta cos i was a raver from the 90's and knew she was a massive coke head and alcoholic. But.. she's not relatable AT ALL. She is a privileged posh girl that has a northern accent. She has a trust fund that makes your eyes water so if her business fails shes " alright Jack" .. Her views on Cancer treatment is scary!
How much is her Trust Fund?

Gemma Collins has "lost several stones" on just about everyone's diet including taking advice and featuring on Eddie Abbew's page. Trouble is she looks no different , not sure where the weight has come off from.......if at all
I think she lost them from her garden 🤭

I quite like her. She sounds like she knows her stuff on the protein powders etc. has anyone noticed a difference after using them?

Collagen gave me an awful stomach ache, never again! If it’s making your body feel like that then it’s not what your body needs!
I had this with bovine collagen, and I totally agree that it's your body's way of telling you no thanks!

I'm four days in to having one teaspoon of Willpowder in my morning latte (oat milk too, sorry Davinia!)l. It blends in well, tastes fine but I have noticed there's some mild stomach cramps but can't be sure it's this. I don't plan on upping my intake so hopefully it just needs a little getting used to, I think it might be too soon to say if it has helped with cravings, I'm still having to stay vigilant about staying in keto.

I like the MCT, and I haven't been able to find another like it. I can find MCT powder but not with the added butter, which makes it usable as a creamer. I can use it in place of milk in tea when I'm fasting. The collagen I liked too but I've replaced that with a cheaper one now.
Which collagen do you buy now ?.

Seen the buy one , get one half price offer on the vanilla protein…… is it nice ?. I had the chocolate one and I couldn’t stand the Stevia taste in it, it was rank. I’m contemplating buying the vanilla cos of the offer.
I can't see an offer on the website. Could you link please?
