Ffs do I need to buy these powders now? I'm susceptible enough to buying mad shit that appears in Instagram ads.

It’s only now you’re finding her hard to relate to??
Yes I’d love to know what part of the millionaires daughter who starred in hollyoaks married David beckhams best mate bought supernova heights from Noel Gallagher and lost custody of her child because she was a drug and alcohol addict did you ever relate to? 🤣

She really has. There's no reversing the damage she's done. It's stupid and irresponsible and if she thinks she looks good she's sadly mistaken. She's so cocky and sure of herself. Shes so unattractive in so many ways. A woman that will never heed any advice from anyone unless it fits in with narrative.
She is like a bull in a china shop on her social media, just reposting from the same echo chambers and shouting to everyone about her products and how awfully we all live. I find her incredibly patronising. She has no qualifications or medical experience that I know of, but thinks she knows everything.
Very few people can afford the light therapies, the ice baths, the weird sauna box, the supplements etc that she uses.

Her mask has well & truly dropped today! She’s not the friendly ‘I’m doing all this to help you’ Davinia she makes out she is when she’s trying to flog her products. This is the real Davinia & she doesn’t like being called out on her lies. Some of the comments are interesting although most are sycophantic & they’re the ones she’s trying to reach with her woe me everyone picking on me damage limitation rant today because heaven forbid people see her for what she is - a saleswoman! So unprofessional & contemptuous 😠

Her whole life seems ruled by supplements, protocols and an obsession over what is in everything. Does she ever just let her hair down and eat what she wants for dinner on a Saturday night without planning what powders etc she must take? It must be exhausting (and expensive!)

You don’t get the likes of Victoria Beckham jumping on Instagram to scold people in the comments saying they can’t afford her skincare or make up basically telling them to f**k off. There’s even people in the WillPowders Facebook group who have a good amount of disposable income and spend every month buying the collagen , MCT etc but even they say buying everything every month soon mounts up into the £100’s.
Good grief. They are literally pissing money away. It's all utter nonsense. So sad. The thing is, so many people use these supplements but still drink alcohol for example. They'd be far better off just minimising that, eating healthily and exercising. I loathe supplement shillers. Predatory b4st4rds.

She is surprisingly thin skinned. Happy to tell people all the time that they are making 'wrong' (by her mostly bizarre standards) choices but can't take any criticism sent back her way

Honestly, what’s the worst that can happen? Give it a go and start slow. Go with the keto powder and collagen. I then added the Calm supplements which are incredible for my anxiety but my anxiety has massively dropped off as a result of not eating the rubbish I was before; sugar, gluten, processed foods. I then started to invest in private blood tests which showed I was borderline hypothyroidism so started taking Davinias thyroid supplements and I honestly feel a HUGE difference. The NHS bloods showed me in normal range for thyroid so I’d have been none the wiser. I also learnt through Davinia about magnesium and my tests showed I was low in that too as most of us are so I take a supplement that isn’t one of hers for that. I only started on the mct oil as it gave me a dodgy tummy before and I’m seeing I can stomach it better now thanks to my good fat lifestyle.

Honestly, I’m the first to knock stuff but my life has changed SO much thanks to learning about hormones and nutrition via Davinia that I’ll praise it to the highest heavens.

A side note, I did fasting for 8 months and was really great but I learnt us women need to follow our cycle more so for example during the second half of it, don’t do fasting as much and allow yourself carbs - I have mine in the evening like Davinia as they help me to get into that slumber mode. Again, she talks all about this.

Is she bonkers? Yea and so what? She’s got the goods to back up all her claims!

This gives me hope I’ve made my first order after reading through this thread . I will go slow and steady to begin with, my tummy is quite sensitive I don’t want to get the 💩

I'll preface this by saying I actually do like Davinia - she's mental but I do like her, and to be fair, lots of mainstream GP's just aren't all that clued up on hormones/holistic therapies etc and want to treat the symptoms rather than the cause.
I agree some GP’s are more focused on traditional and pharmaceutical treatments. I don’t think Davinia is the answer. I think she is a dangerous crackpot. None of her advice is based on good quality evidence. Don‘t even start me on the shite she posted about fasting for 5 days before chemo! She is lining her own pockets with all the powders and crap she is peddling. Agree 100% that eating a balanced diet, drinking plenty water and regular exercise is the only way to maintain a healthy weight long term. Following fads might give short term gains but it’s unsustainable

She doesn’t know her stuff, she just has a neck like a jockeys bollix and learned a few big words. She’s shilling and grifting for €€€. She’s not a great specimen of health to me anyway. Always manic, always forgetting to do basic tasks, bloated often etc..

Does it though? The people who can’t afford it are clearly not her target customer base.

I’m intrigued as to how it could be perceived as entitled to offer a product for sale. If people can’t afford it, they don’t have to buy it? But clearly there people who can afford it.

I still use the collagen as it is the best collagen supplement I’ve tried and has helped gut issues and taking it along with the Spice supplement has helped with joint pain. But , I completely stopped using the MCT oil as it was making me stay at the same weight no matter how much exercise I did.
So, I stopped that and especially seeing how calorific it is if you have it as directed by Davinia which is a gallon a day. I just use the keto creamer in a couple cups of tea a day and cutting out the oil has finally helped me lose weight.

It is funny seeing all the posts in the Facebook group about not losing weight / putting weight on and the admins or mods jump basically saying “it must be the croissant you ate last week , not the litres of MCT oil you’re having” 😂😂 I jest but you get my point!.

I’m going to go a bit left field here and say that her products, amongst other brands, have really helped me to get myself back on track like I was in my twenties. Reduced weight, better concentration, barely any cravings and general better wellbeing. I loved her content about how she got fitter and her hormone hacking book to me has hugely helped explain a lot that was going on with my body. I appreciate though that she’s now turned into this hard selling woman but is that maybe because she genuinely loves and believes in her products? I dunno. I hope she doesn’t end up like that utter dweeb Tim Biohacker who is insufferable.

This person needs to get a grip.

I decided to remove myself from that Facebook group and stop following Davinia on Insta due to these silly Bovaer posts but also the overwhelming negativity of the place. The belief in conspiracy theories is amazing. They claim that everything from milk, fruits, statins, vaccines, toothpaste, tap water, and chemotherapy is harmful. And that the NHS is deceptive and that high cholesterol is beneficial. I wonder how people actually manage to get through the day with these beliefs?

Have you researched the ingredients in suncream?
I'm aware there are concerns about oxybenzone and some other ingredients in some sun cream brands, and I'd have absolute respect for her sharing some scientifically backed messages of caution and advice on safer brands. But a basic 'sunscreen is bad' message is massively oversimplifying a complex issue. On balance the risks from sunscreen are lower than the risks from sun over exposure.

Another Will Powders advocate here! 👌🏻 I’ve been using her collagen, keto powder and MCT oil for just over 2 months, and I can’t recommend them highly enough! Superb quality, competitively priced and as many of you have already said, Davinia really knows her stuff.
I’ve lost 2 stone thus far, I now sleep through the night, no more feeling groggy or meh, and I’m longer interested in crap like crisps and chocolate… unheard of before! 😂
