I used to follow her, loved her no nonsense approach and she was willing to try anything (anyone remember that strange frog injecting thing in someones front room?!)

Anyway I realise this will get some flack...but i would say the amount she is preoccupied by food and supplements something is wrong....

She spends the day obsessing and she has disposable income and dare I say is bored and is looking for purpose...

It started a while back with take a supplement for this and then this other supplement and I will only eat a steak...

She has replaced alcoholism with disordered eating. And is making an industry out of it. Is it bio hacking? Jury is out here I would say.

It's not healthy and she goes through episodes when you can see she is overwhelmed in life.

Some supplements are useful...but the amount she uses can't be....healthy food will give you what you need. (Unless of course you have a medical reason to need additional things)

Completely agree.
I only use the collagen , bought it recently ( maybe 4 weeks) and yet to see any benefits.
If I went full Kool Aid and bought the lot it would take up so much space in my brain. The logistics of fitting it all in.
She has jumped on the menopause obsession as well with some of them.

I'm cynical and not so sure she does spend all day obsessing over supplements, a lot of it comes across as marketing. She's pushing a regime that involves buying into her products big time.

As an aside, their accounts are overdue according to Companies House.

I do love the collagen, any time I’ve tried marine collagen I never stick with it cos it always is horribly flavoured but Davinia’s being bovine and unflavoured is brilliant. I’ve had good success with the supplements I’ve had from WillPowders but I agree the Facebook group definitely has some extreme people on it who go into attack mode and “I will hunt you down” if someone posts their shopping and they’ve bought the wrong (in their eyes) thing from Waitrose and shame them publicly for it. The admins need to watch that kind of thing cos I’ve seen some people leave the group because of that kind of response to something that doesn’t have the right oil in it.
Totally agree there's some extreme people on there, who don't seem to understand that not everyone's goal is the same. I saw someone post a photo of a jar of pasta sauce the other day, chuffed that they found one with few ingredients and it was 'clean'. Cue people jumping on clutching their pearls at the sugar content. It was just natural sugars, in the tomatoes 🙄. I also see lots of "it takes minutes to make that yourself" without thinking about the reasons why someone might need to buy something ready prepared.

Oh thanks I love Companies House. It looks like she has shitloads of property related businesses plus WillPowders which is in profit.
In fairness to Davinia, she must be one of the only celebrities with a profitable wellness business.

I'm sat here reading all about all these supplements, eating plans etc, whilst enjoying a family size of Morrisons 'The Best Hand Cooked Sea Salt & Suffolk Cider Vinegar Crisps' to myself :ROFLMAO:

For anyone here who takes the collagen… Amazon have Hunter & Gather bovine collagen on offer, the best value set is the duo pack.

£34.00 for one time purchase or £30.60 on subscribe and save.

TWO 400g size bags for that price - bargain when WillPowders is £23 a bag and it’s identical collagen

It does get confusing cos some of what she says it’s contradicted not long after.

I love how she blames soy for bad oestrogen and needing to detox, she hates anything associated with vegans doesn't she?
The reality of soy is the majority of it is consumed by animal as feed so if you want to reduce soy you need to stop eating meat.

I don’t understand how she is petrified of seed oils yet injects poison into her muscles.
We see that Botox Davinia.

There is one person in the Facebook group who is like a drill sergeant. Chastising people who buy things with any amount of sugar or carbs. I won’t name names but her profile picture looks like she’s auditioning for Gladiators 😂

She posted on Instagram this morning to say she starts every morning with electrolytes, collagen, MCT oil. I think my stomach would explode!
