Girl I live in England too, not far from london. I’ve come across a few toad looking men but this is a lot![]()
I agree with @YorkshireFoxLadies what do you think to this....
A man I'm chatting to on Tinder has just told me his last 3 relationships have all been just 5 years long each.
I got a few alarm bells.... Am I being silly?
Haha you’ve got until 2025Yes that's what I thought! He said they all mutually fell out of love at that point, he did make a point earlier though that he left his last relationship. He seems okay apart from that... Maybe I'll give him the benefit of the doubt.... For now

Haha that bullshit excuse of it not letting you change the ageughhhh I’ve just gone through this myself although I’m still dating the guy. It’s been less than two months and I hate myself when dating too. I keep it all internal too or vent to my poor friends but never the guy.... so much so he called me ‘chilled.’ So now I’m worried that maybe I’m too relaxed ?!
ughhhh I honestly feel you. If it messes up with this guy I’m out until further notice. I’ve done two years of it and it is disappointment after disappointment.
the two who did it to me casually slipped it in and said the app wouldn’t let them change it?! Both Said 37 on the app and both were either 41 or 42
From what I’ve seem nobody is bothering with the 2 metre rule now! But if you met him for a drink you would be fine sitting opposite each other.what about the whole 2 metres apart thing? I mean you cant do that on a date.
I thought the exact same! It makes him sound so patronising and he must think he is better than everyone elseWhy does he need to clarify Rotterdam is in the Netherlands?
Heyy, I agree with yankydoo, I live just outside of London but have set my distance to within 15 miles as the men in my area are not great and most seem to come up as living in London, so you’ll have a lot more choice. The only thing i feel about london guys is that they probably date a lot and i don’t know how genuine they are. But that’s just my opinionCould anyone who lives in central London zone 1-2 tell me what the Dating is like ?
I’m 32 and would ideally like to settle down in a year with someone who I could potentially get married to.
I stayed in London for a couple of months last year and liked the area so would be looking to move this year, I don’t need to really be in London as have no family there and also no need to be there for work.
I’m guess the main reason I’m moving is because I live in a small town and don’t want to ever bump into my ex as it gives me a lot of stress and I’m still heartbroken over the relationship ending.
I don’t want to move and never find a relationship
But it’s not like I have many friends where I live as I met most of them through the app Meetup and unfortunately this Covid situation has really shown me who my real friends are and that’s like two peoplemakes me sad.
So many questions. Was the phone on a timer to take the picture? I hope so
I have heard this. I know a lot of people who have got Serious relationships from bumble and my friend from work was due to get married in sept to someone she’s been with for nearly two year thanks for bumble. I think tinder is more for hook ups nowadays.Haha I'd never have anyone to message if I did that. I hate the first message thing too, but found bumble to have men who are a bit more serious about properly dating than guys on tinder, does anyone else find that?
Yea, we hadn't spoken for 6 years but he saw me on a dating app and sent me a message saying we used to have a good time together etc so we started chatting againDid he get in touch out of the blue?
I will.At least give him 24 hrs!
yes he has been seen on whatsapp but not for a few hours.Guys I can’t wait until we all have happy positive, heart warming and a bit sickly cringe lovely stories because I’d like to fast forward all this dating malarkey.
Has he been “seen” on WhatsApp?
Yeah I’d hold off blocking right now just to see if he texts.
I’ve also encountered a few pushy guys lately. One of them wanted to speak on the phone after literally a handful of messages - unmatched me after I said I didn’t want to!Why are guys so full on these days? Started talking to a guy and two messages in he's asking to call me and asking if we can go on a date tonight. Feel like I need to just run in the opposite direction, shame because he was actually good looking too.
My poor friends get bombarded with all my screenshots. I feel sorry for themI could honestly create a book from all my screenshots of hilarious/awful dating profiles. I have so many of them!
Any updates??No, I haven't. This was only last night. Goddamnit!!!

oh hunny!!! I feel every inch of what you’re saying I met a guy off hinge we spoke everyday for weeks, FaceTime, voicenote, what’s app, we went on a few dates and I felt like it was ACTUALLY GOING SOMEWHERE. Low and behold, he vanished off the face of the Earth I sent a message Basically wishing him happiness and why didn’t he just say if he didn’t want to meet.. nothing fast forward months and months Christmas Day I had to drink, one too many zoom quizzes later I went on hinge and the first person who popped up was him. Merry frecking Christmas sounds like nothing to some but it hit me slightly because he didn’t disappear for someone else..I still feel like I’m not ‘good enough’ I won’t be dating again, anyway! He also doesn’t have any social media which is bloody annoying but was so handsomebut you will find someone when it’s meant to be my darling 🤍
