thing is he lost weight before I believe that’s how his channel started. Depriving yourself of carbs or just eating meat etc isn’t ever going to work long term. I just think living where he is isn’t going to help focus on his diet with all the food temptations and the late night whoringWhat annoys me is he jumps between fad diets, different diets, or just going too hard and too fast for such a short period of time to see any real improvement. He's at the gym now, that'll last two weeks. He was doing carnivore and no carb, now he's on the carbs again. He's done weight watchers and beef with butter and whatever that gross looking vegetable concoction he used to make, keto then this then that, it's too much. Quit the booze, quit the sugar, quit the greasy fwy ups, and just eat healthily. Move more, don't boast about 10k steps because everyone knows he won't make it to the end of next month with that, he just needs to give up reliance on the bike and move his body.
