There's a 1 bedroom for rent on the A1, first class, absolutely wonderful letting agents Facebook page. £820 per month.
Someone in the comments said £500 but itd not shock me if its more. Yeah its a nice apartment & better value than London but jesus did he need one so salubrious given part of the reason he was getting away was to live a better life for a fraction of the £?!

I would be surprised if DJs YouTube revenue would even cover the £10 per day lunches.In theory you can live in a warm climate by the sea, a nice standard of apartment for not a lot of money and food and drink are cheap and I guess also other stuff.
I’ve never been but I imagine with brexit not allowing brits to stay in places like Tenerife full time this could be a good alternative to retire.

Did a quick search and 10k views can net around 50 US dollars although it also says this depends on location, I don’t really know what that means but taking that at face value he could be getting 150 dollars a day on average if he keeps pumping them out although that’s of course assuming he’s views maintain.

Thailand has a very low CPM and RPM compared to the UK. He will get about 25% of the revenue per video and shorts that a UK based grifter would get. Then there's the 25% new tax law to consider. Oh and constant fear of demonetization that all the mongers have to live with there.
I just watched the latest vlog. So he's signed a one year contract for an apartment and paid for his internet for the year and hasn't yet sorted his visa or medical insurance. Unbelievable! This is like watching a car crash. On top of his apartment there are utilities. His electricity is likely to cost £70 per month. Now he's talking about using the gym. We'll see how long that lasts. He's also looking to buy a bike in the new year. He'll end up having to sell that and loose money when he moves back. One of the comments, on YT, stated how hot it gets in April/May. DJ was complaining about the heat and that was in November.
