Her extensions look awful.
The extensions aren't the first thing I see in that pic. It's mainly the hideous cosmetic surgery, the rubber duck lips and the Bride of Wildenstein look. A blow-up doll looks more feminine and natural.

Yeah that doesn’t sit well with me. Sit down at the table with her and engage with her as she’s eating - no iPad, no phone, no tv. Just sit with her and encourage her to eat her dinner. That kid is glued to that bloody iPad.
