Look on her body goals page at the reel of the lady in the cream jeans doing a before and after of the 21 day challenge! Before- you can see the jeans are way lower than where they should be and when she turns to the side looks like something shoved down the back of her trousers to stop her doing them up! After- pull trousers up properly and tada they do up properly! What an absolute fraud this herbal life rit is!

My 3 year old grandson loves a bit of telly and went through a stage of having his mums phone to watch if they went out. He regressed a lot through lockdown and lost his grandad who lived with them at the same time. So his mum and dad decided to limit tv and just have music on instead. They’ve just been to stay and he’s like a different child, played happily we ate out without him watching anything and he’s interacting better at nursery.
