Not commented before but saw this thread pop up on active threads. Don't know about being rushed to hospital but Daniella was out on Monday night in Portugal doing shots - friend of a friend was on a hen do and saw her. Daniella was trying to show them "the hole in her head", said she went turkey for a nose job but they gave her a face lift, also tried to have a go at one of the girls saying "what's up with her face" which is a bit rich really and also randomly got Katie price to send a voice note to the girl whose hen party it was saying weddings are expensive and divorces even more so. Sorry slightly random but thought worth sharing xx

I'm still shaking my head, that she honestly thought, she would resemble pic 1 after this long awaited ` miracle ` surgery ..... she has been boasting, bragging ... biging herself up, even taking the piss out of some woman's face, while getting high, drunk in some cheap bar, with bandages around her head .... and she's ended up looking worse than before ... this could all have been avoided if she had done what many of us addicts ( yes ... I was a fully blown junkie/alcoholic for many years, long story ... got ` myself ` clean, zero help from anyone ... I was close to death more times than I care to remember .... I made the decision to give my unborn babies the best start to life, nothing toxic went near my lips throughout my pregnancies, been clean approx 20yrs now, bar the odd fag, and coffee .... I still get urges, but hold on strong, I NEVER want to go to that dark place, ever again .... it CAN be done ) do the world over, she simply doesn't want to get clean, her love of and whatever else shit she does ( I'm certain its not just coke, I've worked with people like her ) over rides everything, it comes first ... she will eventually die before her time, now she has further fucked up her face, she will snort more and more, to deal with her refection in the mirror ... she wont make old bones

I have a friend who's a maxillofacial surgeon - his job is repairing facial damage,. He's the kind of specialist she needs, not a plastic surgeon. He doesn't know who DW is and had never seen her picture before I sent it to him. I asked whether her nose and mouth can be restored to something like their original look. He said this (English isn't his first language):


The problem is in the middle zone of her face. I see in the picture the perforation of the nasal septum. It’s a hole between her nostrils and it’s huge as it appears. It’s a common complication of using cocaine because of chronic blood vessels constriction that the stuff causes. I also see the destruction of the frontal part of the upper jaw as a result of rubbing the drug into the gums. All parts of such a complex 3D structure as a nose - the mucosa + skin + cartilage - are very thin and fragile.

It means they are easy to destroy but very difficult to restore taking into account that the tissues are damaged by continuous spasm. Moreover there is no one certain method of the reconstruction. There are many. It means nothing is reliable. I guess it’s almost impossible for her to have her form of nose back in it’s natural shape. In any case the treatment will take much time, money, nerves and will be very trying.

It sure is. However, there comes a point where a person has to be held accountable. This is a woman who is a habitual liar, who snorted coke whilst in labour with her kids, who has lied and conned people out of money and who unlike most, has had endless money and opportunities thrown at her, which she has pissed against the wall. I used to have a lot of sympathy for her but I'm afraid that has now run out. At what point does illness stop being an excuse?

The first photo is un-filtered - this is what she looked like in 2016.

She went back so snorting copious amounts of Cocaine. A new hole appeared in her face. The bone died. Her face starting collapsing.

The next 2 photos were taken in December 2022 and February 2023 showing much her face had changed in just 6 years.

The next 2 photos are of Polo after her 'life changing facial reconstruction surgery' in Turkey - this turned out to be a mere thread lift and fat transfer - cosmetic procedures. There is no change - just sex doll lips and hamster cheeks.

She needs real facial reconstruction surgery which includes removing a rib and grafting rib material into her face to replace lost/damaged bone - only when they have fixed her internal problems should they start on external cosmetic procedures.

Polo claims all this damage is due to botched dental implants and nothing whatsoever to do with snorting a large amount of Cocaine.

The last photo is how I predict Polo will eventually look.

The “ surgeon” / clinician / therapist has not managed her expectations. They have perhaps over promised and under delivered , or DW has not listened. I suspect she will be back on the gear big time as reality kicks on no amount of filler etc I’d going to fix this. Sadly I think you are right @Angelic37 she’s going to OD or get a fat emboli in her lung or somewhere which will finish her off. . She looks at least 70. All self inflicted. It takes a lot of courage and bravery to embark on a sober programme and constant struggle to keep on the straight and narrow. She needs stability to do this and sadly like kipper , her chaotic life isn’t conducive to survival in the long term

This. No word of a lie, it's no secret about my inclinations (mostly in the past) for the white stuff... but honestly, seeing the state of Daniella terrifies me. It has definitely played a part in me reducing my consumption from every weekend, to every few months if that. Not ideal, I know, but I'm better than I was.

She could actually thrive if she fully embraced recovery and went out to schools and youth associations to warn against drug misuse. It will never happen will it I just don't feel the hatred against her that I do for the Skank, I definitely feel more pity than hate.
