Can't believe I've only just found this thread!
I've been watching Megyn Kelly's channel (she formerly of Fox News). I never watched her on that cause Fox News is rit, but it randomly popped up on my YouTube.
She's done some true crime series about well known American crimes - Sonny Von Bulow, JonBenet Ramsey, John List and the Washington Snipers. She's currently doing Scott Peterson. They're actually pretty good and well researched, and due to her journo contacts she manages to get some decent interviews as well.
Might be worth a watch if you've exhausted everything else, or you can recite Forensic Files word for word like me

I'm expecting that Dateline, 48 Hours and 20/20 will all devote an episode to it. Surprised they haven't already to be honest unless the judge ordered that it couldn't be reported on. Unsurprisingly, I see it's turned into an absolute bleeping circus over there. One of the many, many things I have a problem with about the USA justice system.

I do always think I’d be terrible on a jury. I have to remind myself you’re not meant to base your decisions on your own opinion, more on what the evidence tells you. But it’s so hard!

I’ve been a witness in court and know what happened as a fact, but the person got found not guilty which is infuriating. I was so young and it was really difficult to get up there & then felt defeated with the verdict.

I've done jury service. I've told this story before but I wanted to be on a jury since I was about seven years old and watched an episode of Murder, She Wrote where JB was on a jury - Trial by Error, first episode I ever watched and still my favourite. My case wasn't that interesting - it was a company on trial - and the judge ordered us to return a not guilty verdict after hearing the prosecution case, as he decided there was no case to answer, so we never got to deliberate, which I have always felt very swizzed about. But I loved it. All the other jurors thought I was weird because I was so happy

Obviously, with no interest in crime or Murder, She Wrote Mr BMP's experience was very different. He sat on two cases - first one made national news (it was salacious) and he was the foreman on the second where they returned a not guilty verdict based on the evidence (even though they all thought he was guilty) because, like you say, that's what you have to do. And yes, I am still bitter!

I'm another convert to Crime in Progress, watched the first three and loved them. Great way to produce a true crime series, puts some of the other crap to shame.

I watched 8 CiP so far.
I'm happier with the daylight crimes because viewing the night time ones I'm more on edge like I'm there, and the watching/running was like getting motion sickness

That said it's been a fab watch so looking forward to S2.

I watched episode 3 (with the twins) last night and I literally was sat open mouthed thinking WTAF !
