I have had a really stressful couple of days. These episodes have been great for me as they are so intense I don't have time to think of any real life crap.

Omg watching Crime in progress, 2 mins in and I actually can't believe it!
I’m 4 episodes in Crime & Progress, I got the 7 day free trial but it won’t be hard to watch all 10. I’m obsessed, the first 3 my heart was in my mouth the whole time, it’s so stressful to watch.

The second season was ordered before the first aired so hopefully the wait won't be too long. I was gutted to discover I'd watched it already after seeing the recommendations here. I watch so many shows of this ilk that I forget the rifles sometimes.
That's why I started to make a list of what I have watched, what season I'm up to, because it does get confusing!
Doesn't help that so many shows cover the same crimes 🥱 It's got to the point where I can actually recognise the case from a thumbnail picture. Especially if it's a house. That's what I remember - houses
I think that's why I enjoyed Crime in Progress so much - I didn't know any of the case it featured.

I am so grateful I took up an offer for Now so I have been able to watch Crime in Progress. Definitely needed to take my head out of my real life at the moment. Going to watch the last 2 tonight, I have been saving them.
I did already know a couple of the stories but it is a great watch, so intense.
Accused; Guilty or Innocent? was originally shown on CI here (the first two seasons) but then it switched to C5 and they have all seven seasons available on catch up. Season 8 has just finished in the USA so I'm sure C5 will have that soon. If you can't wait, the episodes are available on ok.ru - it's a website.
I love it but honestly, be prepared to be very frustrated/angry/upset/bewildered/aghast/outraged at the USA justice system. Even Mr BMP, who is usually the most level headed, dispassionate and stoic person I know - he's generally very reasonable about everything (it's actually annoying) - gets animated about it. Not sure if that's a recommendation or not

There's a case featured on Accused: Guilty or Innocent? that haunts me. Not sure what season but it's about a dad who was accused of shaking his child causing brain damage. There was also a later follow up episode. That's the one that's stayed with me. I think about that family often

Also started watching crime in progress after it being mentioned here! Only watched the first one so far but my goodness.
Also watched the trial on channel 4 last night. This is always a funny one for me because I know I decide very early on what my judgement is. Found the original case & quite shocked at the verdicts from what I’ve seen so far!

It's just a special (annoying) request from me Mr BMP doesn't watch a lot of crime with me but he does like The Jury. It was actually doing jury service that led to him becoming a magistrate so he always likes to see it he's in agreement with them - or should I say they're in agreement with him

I do always think I’d be terrible on a jury. I have to remind myself you’re not meant to base your decisions on your own opinion, more on what the evidence tells you. But it’s so hard!
I’ve been a witness in court and know what happened as a fact, but the person got found not guilty which is infuriating. I was so young and it was really difficult to get up there & then felt defeated with the verdict.
