I absolutely love what she’s doing for everyone at the moment! And keeping everyone fit. I do think she deserves to be making a whack out of it.
But I can’t stand her. Agree with the person who said she had a hyper disorder. Some of the stories she posts are just strange!

She really dry humps my last nerve. She’s just an annoying little girl. She is deffo got hyperactive disorder. If I acted like a dick 24/7 on Instagram doing awkward dances I’d get a kick on the vag. Apparently Courtney is a catfish, heard from someone who met her a few times she looks nothing like that, all good angles and bright lights 🤷🏼‍♀️

oh don’t 🤦🏼‍♀️ If they are signed up to her app surely she would have a disclaimer or even help the people paying for it.

Not everyone will burn the same amount of cals. It’s all about how hard you work.

And as for the 1200 cals per day wow!!!! I’m a PT and would never ever put one of my clients on 1200 cals Per day. 1200 cals would be more for if someone does a body building show and that would be around the 3/4 week mark!!
It’s down to how hard you work, how tall you are, how much you weigh, your fitness level.... she needs to explain this to people.

I went through her photos pre-lockdown and they were very provocative! Of course she still posts half naked photos in bikini competitor poses but she looks a lot more ‘real‘ now.

bottom line is, I think she’s great at what she does but she really needs to drop the diet culture language, not just for her followers sake but for her own too.

Yeah I agree. I have started mixing it up a bit with running and i doubt I’ll be renewing my subscription once it expires later this month. Workouts are very samey, plus 45 mins of hiit bores me.

Before I wou
Yeah I thought about doing the same! I can’t put my finger on what’s changed though. I got 10 minutes into a boxing one and had to switch it off and do something else because I was just stood there waiting for her to finish dancing around
yes I’ve been feeling like that since last month. Also I don’t think her app is that advanced compared to a lot around. So I’ve unsubscribed. A few members on here mentioned how Courtney talks about diet culture I disagreed at the time. But they were absolutely right. Everything is about calorie counting, eat this not that. Even on one of her posts she says butter is bad fat. I was absolutely flabbergasted if you have grass fed butter it’s really good for you. Her knowledge is pretty basic compared to other fitness gurus and I feel she’s pushing her agenda on other young people and I think it’s dangerous. I think a lot of girls who idolise her are going to have issues with food. She’s a lovely girl, great energy but I don’t want to obsessed with what I eat, how many steps and constantly hit training which I don’t think is good for you no matter how fit you. Thank you for the assistance during the beginning lockdown. I wish her the best just I can’t deal with diet culture it’s very dangerous and super misleading. We as women have enough to deal with.

I have really enjoyed this weeks workouts! Boxing was great.

the posts on her group are scary though, so much misinformation spread it’s quite scary (not from her, from followers)

I think she over complicates the workouts and she’s even getting bored with them herself

I really dislike any diet culture chat from PTs. I don’t think a lot of people realise that being a qualified nutritionist after doing a course online is not the same as being a qualified DIETICIAN who has a degree under their belt. Everybody is different and some people react better to a high carb diet. Others are more suited to low carb but higher fat. But Her diets and workouts are one size fits all.
I used to religiously follow Courtney and was using her meal plans and realised I was creeping into eating disorder danger zone with my diet so decided to stop.
Well done for noticing the signs and stepping away x

I think she’s young. She’s 23. She’s done very well. Thank god for her workouts during lockdown otherwise I would have gone stir crazy. I’m not fan of the advertising but due to her age I realised she’ll take anything. Once money comes in then she will establish and hopefully be choosy. She’s young and I think she’s done very well and I wish her all the success. I don’t do her legs or glutes does nothing for me. I follow Linn Lowes for that. Now once you go to the gym she’s the one I follow. As you train like a beast with her and you will shape up. Courtney is more hiit based which is great but after the gyms reopen that’s not something I would do everyday.
There’s only one negative for me with Courtney the music is always the same. Kinda jarring considering it’s nearly been 4 months.
pump it up everyone 🤣
The music thing is hard because Instagram are really cracking down on music copyright, so a lot of online instructors are being forced to use the same mixes as they know they won’t get pulled down. If you get 3 music strikes your page is pulled down and I guess the fear of that means sticking with what you know works!

I’m really disappointed in her promoting those watches. They are between £ 8-12 on wish. I don’t mind the gym gear as it generally decent stuff she’s promoting but this watch is awful and they are ripping people off. Can’t believe she’s chosen money over being honest to her followers.
I also thought this! Especially when she always goes on about how she uses an Apple Watch so you know this is just BS! Really disappointed

Yeah she does keep you going. I had to give up on the second part of the abs round but still burned loads of calories.

I just try and do what I can, I never get as many reps as her but I’d rather make sure I’m doing them right.

I personally don’t think she’s rude. You need a trainer whose blunt sometimes. As there’s only so much time. Blunt doesn’t necessarily mean rude. I heard it too she probably miss heard. I think she’s getting her energy levels up as she has to train herself and other people. Not easy especially when so many are watching you. I think she’s done well. Also when so many are watching you and you got one person saying they are sore she doesn’t want others to be put off. When you are training consistently from time to time you are sore and have to get on with it. Yes it’s blunt but we can’t always sugar coat everything. She’s 23 she’s still young. She’s also learning herself. Yes she does have a young following only thing I find interesting is everyone whose lost weight has lost weight as they are not socialising and drinking like before. It will all change.
My only negative is the music.

Love love love her workouts and I’m also signed up to the app! However I agree with the diet culture language comment! I saw one yesterday I think and she’d posted a lot of before and afters and the caption was something like “don’t go reaching for the snack cupboard look at these instead!!!” I thought that was a bit shit
She’s young, her diet culture language obviously doesn’t come from a bad intention and more from a naivety. She has had an eating disorder in the past so she could maybe be a little bit more aware of the language she uses. Encourage women to be healthy and fit and to love their own bodies rather than ‘you need to lose 10lbs to look good’.

I think her workouts are literally as manic as can be so people burn stupid calories and post about how many calories they’ve burnt online. Most people do not need to do that much exercise and eat that little to lose weight! Not to mention how bad 1-2 hours of jumping/HIIT is on your joints when some of the girls aren’t really used to a lot of exercise.

Interesting how she says she is in the best shape of her life. Obviously it’s a ploy to sel her brand and her body is really great but she has definitely lost
Muscle in lockdown.

Still love her workouts and she has got me in my best shape, but she was deffo more muscular before

I am evangelical about her workouts sometimes because for me they have worked but I do get anxious if I skip a day or two if work is busy. I do other stuff too like running, bouldering and hiking so I’m trying to keep it balanced as well. I do wonder how some people will keep their new regimes going when they return to their usual merrygoround of busy job, kids to and from school and activities and social lives.
I think her way of counting calories on her app isn’t right either - she’s basically said if you only do her workouts and nothing else then you’re “not active” which can be quite triggering for some people!! And probably why all the people on the group go nuts about it and doing 4 workouts a day if they miss one!

I wish she would tell u the next exercise before she starts them. I end up missing I some cause I can’t remember what the next exercise is. And I see people are complaining about how crap the watch is she was advertising. She needs to choose her ads carefully especially having so many followers who would buy anything she advertised. Did you know the sports bras were £26? I feel like that is so steep.

I’d love to know what actually happened to her dog. I remember her saying that she gave him to her mum but she never videos/takes photos of him when she’s at her mums? 🤔
