CMs other children that appear to have been removed from her care, is MG the father of those too do we know?

The new charges could be to flush out helpers, I mean I hope so.
If there were helpers you would think they may have come forward before now as there was a substantial financial reward in place for information leading to their arrest

I genuinely believe they’ve got help. She’s got money, I reckon someone in her family or ties with the family are helping her. Weren’t they suspected of trying to flee abroad? Maybe someone has taken the baby with them.

She could claim there was no baby…..
however the police I think have the placenta found in the car so presume that will be sufficient.
I bet she gets off as has the money to get best lawyers too..
The reason they were on the run is because Constance was known to be pregnant and they presumably had been told the baby would be removed at birth. There was the blood and a placenta in the car.

I really don’t think they can get away with “Baby? What baby?”

I don’t think they were wanted because of his criminal record (which was old and in a different country). I think it was for the same reason her another children were removed - they were considered to be unfit to care for a child for some other reason. Drugs? Abusive behaviour? Child neglect? I don’t think it was child abuse or he/they would have been arrested before they could run away.
Yeah I think the same, he is a sex offender but he served his time for that when he was 14 in florida, so I just cant see them searching for them for that reason. I think its to do with the reason their other kids were removed, possible neglect etc. Its because she's had another baby and probably knew he/she would also be removed from her care. If there was no baby involved and they'd gone off grid, I doubt the police would even be looking for them.

I would hope any helpers start to fear being sent down for assisting alleged manslaughterers. If a family member or friend of mine tried to make me take a baby when there's a manhunt for them and they are clearly committing crimes I'd take the baby and go straight to the police. No way would I keep quiet, I would not want to be charged with assisting criminals.

I think the worst outcome seems more likely now 😞

Its awful.

Would she be in a fit state of mind to know what she is doing/going on?

This is just awful. I can't get my head around why they would have left the baby alone last night. I really hope the police can find their tent and find that poor baby. Or if someone is with the baby, hopefully now they will come forwards. It makes me feel sick.
I agree. The only possible reason I can think of is that neither of them were in their right minds

Alternatively, the baby could have died weeks ago and is nowhere near Brighton or Newhaven.

You would have to have a level of awareness and competence to avoid police detection.

if the baby has came to harm, which is looking extremely likely.
Will it be hard to prove in court, she hasn’t been seen medically so no confirmation of pregnancy that we know, baby born but not registered so no official record and sadly if it has passed at the moment no body.

They found her placenta in the burning car.

Sorry still pages to catch up - but I read rhwy we’re caught while using a bank machine. Why would they be doing that? I thought going missing / odd grid would mean no bank machines and cash only. They could be traced using the atm, no?

Could be an account in a name unrelated to them? It sounds like they only got caught because someone saw them, it may come out they’ve been using another account the whole time. Or they were getting desperate.

On the baby being planned to be removed and action taken before so they couldn’t go on the run, the earlier reports I read heavily implied that SS hadn’t really known she was pregnant until they’d already gone - eg they weren’t/aren’t sure if the baby was term even though they were sure from early they’d been born in the car so had a rough window and the moving around air bnb etc from September was implied to be when Constance had reached the point it was getting difficult to conceal a pregnancy but obviously that happens at different stages for different women.

They must have run out of money. I doubt they’d be surviving by catching rabbits and eating berries.

While they were on the run I genuinely thought they were doing this in order to stay with the baby that they loved and that they would do their best to care for this baby. But now.. I struggle with what to think.. if they had just discarded this baby like a rag doll, why bother running away? Why not just hand the baby to SS and live on?

The ITV news said they had been arrested on suspicion on manslaughter and they dumped the buggy weeks ago 😢 that wee helpless baby.

I just can't fathom how they've been living in a tent with a newborn in winter ffs? Even when Ive camped out in summer I've woken up shivering in the early hours. Its obvious that they aren't thinking rationally and aren't competent enough to care for a baby whatsoever.

In the clip of them walking past a house last night, just before they were arrested, Constance seems to be wearing a skirt/dress. Not the clothes I’d expect for rough camping? So maybe they do have a place to stay and that’s where the baby is.

God I hope there is a happy ending here but it just seems so unlikely now, that poor poor child.

Wouldn't you think as a mother if you left your baby in the tent for a short while to draw cash out and maybe buy some essentials ,not good but say if you did , but then got arrested at the cash point because of a tip off from a member of the public, all which has just been said on my local news, your first concern would be for someone to get to the baby and check its ok? They said on the news neither parent has been any help in trying to locate the baby. If the baby was still alive surely she as a mother would be desperate to make sure that baby was safe. They've shown several cctv images of them in various locations and there's no pram or sign of any baby just them carrying bags. Would they really be walking around with a baby in a bag for life type bag?

They’re selfish. They’ve let their baby come to harm rather than handing it over safely to authorities. There’s no way this has been done out of love and wanting to keep the baby. What parent can sit by and let their newborn freeze rather than get them help. There are plenty of safe places they could’ve left the baby.. I know it hasn’t confirmed that the baby has died but at this point I can’t see any other outcome.
